Print MenuIts namesake – the famed Cordúa Churrasco steak - sparked Houston’s Latin American revelation nearly 25 years ago, and the flame is still burning strong at Churrascos. The tantalizing menu mixes up native Latin ingredients with the unexpected for a culinary line-up that is as artful as it is delightful, including bacon-wrapped shrimp taquitos, ethereally light angel wings, bahia grilled chicken, yuca fries, and, of course, the award-winning Churrasco – voted one of the best 20 steaks in America by Esquire magazine. Signature items include the Churrasco, a charcoal-grilled center-cut beef tenderloin steak; Tres Leches dessert - vanilla cake laced with three sweet creams and topped with a light meringue and Cordua’s signature plantain chips and chimichurri are served on every table

Excellent food but service, in a quarter full restaurant and with plenty of staff, was average at best. We were never asked for drink refills, used dishes were left on the table long after they were empty, and getting staff to take orders was a chore. Not appropriate service at a moderately expensive restaurant. This has not been our experience... More

My husband took us to Churrascos for a much-needed relaxing dinner after my son and I had driven for three days to move from northern CA to Sugar Land, TX. We enjoyed appetizers, dinner (seafood and beef) and wine, which were all absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and the servers were very knowledgeable about the menu items. We're looking... More

Always an enjoyable dinner experience - The Churrasco cooked medium (because it's already tender enough). Paired with a good wine and you will have a blast. Service is excellent and professional as usual.

This place is almost always crowded especially on a friday night. Very festive atmosphere so noise level is a little high. Waiters are not that attentive, we waited for sometime for our orders to be taken and tend to push their chef's special. I have tried the Churrasco before and i didn't find it extra ordinary. I had the bacon... More

Decided to go on a Saturday for a late lunch. The place was fairly empty because of the time we visited at. Really nicely done up and perfect for special occasions. The food was really delicious and well presented. My son ended up ordering another dish as he loved it so much! They also have a kids menu. Will be... More

I ate there while staying at the nearby Hyatt place when in town for business. The positives of this restaurant are that the decor was nice and interesting and the service was very good (probably the best part). My associate and I both ordered the churrasco plate, which was good but not enough to justify the price (and I regularly... More

Absolutely impeccable service, elegant atmosphere, outstanding food. The manager Nicole Green was refreshingly courteous and attentive. She definitely manages the restaurant as if she owns the place. She actually made my New Years Eve dinner experience a happy one. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We will return and spread the word. Go there. You won't be disappointed. The... More

As the title states, Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, great service! I've been here for both personal and business reasons and I'm never disappointed! During the spring and fall, the outdoor seating on the lake is really nice and relaxing. There is a huge room for business meetings or private parties in the back, which holds up to 50 and has... My family has visited the restaurant on several birthday occasions. We liked to order a variety of dinner entrees and shared The churrasco steaks and the seafood grills are all delicious. We also like their dessert choices. My favorite is tres leches. I also like their lunch menus. But we had the best time when we joined their Sunday brunch... More
