Print MenuIts namesake – the famed Cordúa Churrasco steak - sparked Houston’s Latin American revelation nearly 25 years ago, and the flame is still burning strong at Churrascos. The tantalizing menu mixes up native Latin ingredients with the unexpected for a culinary line-up that is as artful as it is delightful, including bacon-wrapped shrimp taquitos, ethereally light angel wings, bahia grilled chicken, yuca fries, and, of course, the award-winning Churrasco – voted one of the best 20 steaks in America by Esquire magazine. Signature items include the Churrasco, a charcoal-grilled center-cut beef tenderloin steak; Tres Leches dessert - vanilla cake laced with three sweet creams and topped with a light meringue and Cordua’s signature plantain chips and chimichurri are served on every table

Excellent trip with Houston locals

Went for my birthday with friends that live in Houston. Was concerned it was a chain, but the restaurant, food, wine list and staff was excellent. Had the steak which I normally avoid in restaurants because of the price, but was truly memorable. If you are in Sugarland well worth a visit.

I've been there twice recently, once on a business meeting and once with a coworker. Both times were so great and the food was insanely good. I suggest you go have lunch on a Wednesday to partake in their creamy corn soup. It's so good I can't even describe it. Latino fusion food that is really good! And Tres Leches... More

Awesome food! Really great wait staff. Excellent drinks! It is a bit pricy and noisy, but the food totally made it worth while. I will be back!

We had dinner with another couple Saturday night. We had reservation so we were seated promptly. The food was delicious but the service was disappointing. We have noticed in recent visits that the service has been lacking. Hope this is a temporary issue, we really enjoy the food, but service needs to improve.

It was ok but not as good as the food at the Churrascos Westheimer venue. The steak was again ok and not great. The starter platter was very good. The service was good. The side vegetables were tasty. All good but not great

If you like the classic churrasco cut of steak this is a great place. Moderate wine list with decent prices. Service has always been good.

Had a lovely business lunch there yesterday. the staff is really good and so it the food. You have a danger of filling up on the plantains though so watch out. they give a huge amount of food for lunch and it is terrific. I had a pulled pork on flat bread that was quite good. I would recommend it.

The steaks are delicious as are other dishes such as cervich, burgers and mor. I've found the smaller the group the better the service. You can't leave without having Tres Leches cake! Their menu is adaptable for dietary issues. Give this award winning, delicious restaurant a try.

The food and service here was phenomenal. The girlfriend and I visited here when passing through Houston and couldn't have been happier. You won't be sorry visiting here.
