Saturday nights the classic and muscle cars congregate. The BBQ at Otto's is very good. Otto's is located in a mall so nothing special as far as scenery.

Otto's is a little different than many local BBQ places as you go to order/pay for your food/sides and then wait off to the end of the row for them to bring it to you (many local BBQ places are a cafeteria line where you go down to each station and choose what you want to add and at the... More

The barbecue is excellent, though it can vary. Good staple items, stuffed beef baker, bbq chicken, beef brisket, good sides, etc. Typical Texas bbq joint.

Good barbecue flavor. Usually get the baked potato with beef, but everything else is good. Always enjoyed eating at the original location where Barbara and George H.W. Bush would often walk in and eat.

Don't come here if you want good BBQ. It is average at best. Had the sausage, brisquit, rib platter with fried okra and broccoli casserole as sides. The sausage and ribs were greasy. The brisquit was kinda dry. The broccoli casserole tasted old. The okra was the best of everything I ordered.

Tried the brisket and the sliced sausage and they were "good." Brisket was flavorable, but dry. Sausage was really very good and would likely recommend it. Had a baked potatoe that tasted "old" but the fried okra was good. Price is kind of high considering the portions and the quality. There are lots of BBQ places in Houston, will try... More

Excellent food. Good choice. Well presented. Fairly priced. No frills barbecue which makes a great lunch.

Back again and food is very good. I tried the bbq salad "Otto's" salad came with three chopped meats brisket ham turkey. These were all freshly chopped not the ends or dried left overs. Others in our party had the chicken and multimeat plates and everyone enjoyed their meals. I agree there are other bbq establishments this is one of... More

There are a lot of BBQ options in the Houston area. Otto's has been around for a long time and is probably best known for its hamburgers. We ordered the 2 meat BBQ dinner which came with two sides. The side of fries came in a huge basket serving and the cole slaw was skimpy by comparison . The meat... More
