Excellent food as always! One of my go to restaurants especially on Wednesdays for the wine special.
We went to Italian Cafe for dinner last Sunday and we were halfway impressed with the food. The pasta was better than most, but a bit overcooked. The prices were high for the portion sizes. The service and the atmosphere could use some work. First off, the restaurant looks like a Subway restaurant (very much in need of a remodel).... More
We wanted Italian food tonight, so we decided to try Italian Cafe. We have driven by this restaurant for years and finally tried it. It's a quaint little place. The food was outstanding and the portions were generous. We had Mozzarella Fritti, Chicken Parmigiana and Spaghetti with Meatballs. We will definitely go back.
We have eaten at this restaurant a few times over the last several months and the food is consistently good. The restaurant is small and it gets busy but the food is very good. We enjoy eating here and haven't had a bad meal.

Lasagna really good & stays hot (the bowl served in keeps it hot longer than if just on a plate). Plus have reheated it as leftover & the flavors are still... More
Love this place ! Best Italian food in Spring ! Hubby and I went here 3 times so far, service is very attentive and the food is excellent ! When we want Italian - we know where we're going!!!
My husband ordered veal and didn't get a minute steak stand in! The red sauce is better than most Italian restaraunts we have been to and the kid's pizza was yummy! Service was friendly and our glasses stayed filled. Highly recommend!
Let me start by saying that we have driven by this place countless times and have said "We should try that place sometime". Well, that sometime was tonight. It was an excellent evening from the time we walked through the door. Our server was knowledgable on the menu and drinks, even recommending an Italian beer that I had never tried... More
It's okay I call it hillbilly Italian it's like going to an Italian resturant in a small town just lots of cheese and stupid decor. If you want good Italian go to the woodlands and eat at the grotto your bill will only be about 15 dollars more
