It is close by and serves a limited menu sit down breakfast. They had two hostesses and 4 waiters and two bussers on duty yet it took about 5 minutes for us to be offered drinks. It is a breakfast place I want coffee as soon as I get out of my car, the hostess should have offered it and... More

This was our first time to the Dosey Doe Big Barn and we were quite impressed. The food was delicious, the service was great and the entertainment was over the top. The night we attended the Dosey Doe the performers were Jazz Attack....Rick Braun, Euge Groove and Peter White, some of Smooth Jazz's top instrumentalist. The show was great. It... More

Dosey Doe was hosting a band I've been wanting to see, tickets were expensive but it included a 3 course meal. You purchase the tickets online with a $50 deposit for each and pay for the balance before the show is over. Doors opened at 6pm and no sooner even though a huge storm was coming through, go to Dickey's... More

I have known of Dosey Doe for years but only recently visited the Big Barn and was blown away by the charming atmosphere and history in the place. Tickets for big name shows are not cheap but include the meal, which will be several very nice options, and this is an intimate venue where you sit and eat and enjoy... More

Great home made coffee, great food, great sounding room for gigs, amazingly friendly and helpful staff....We had a great time when we spent a day here for a show.

This place is setup for a great night for friends or couples. The evenings are setup as dinner/concerts where you come early for a meal and enjoy a concert after dinner. They host a number of performers from all genres of music and the food is good too! Hop on their website and pick a concert! The place has character!

The Dosey Doe has several great venues to choose from and The Big Barn was the venue my band was scheduled to play. Standing inside, yep, it looks like a big barn with an upstairs with tables and a bar. Downstairs has long tables for groups with the stage as center-focus for many great acts have performed there before and... More

DD is our favorite venue in Houston, and we patrons of all the arts. Known talent and the food is great. We look so forward to our visits there for "date" nights. We visit 12-15 times a year and quite a bang for your buck! Just a treat from start to finish. Judith

For $230 for two of us you would expect a better dinner. The show was great but the food lacked taste and the waiter rushed to get our plates off our table. The London Broil was more like London spoil, it had the flavor of an old shoe. My wife had chicken and pasta and she said it was average.... More

Great place for music and a relaxing evening with friends. Wonderful breakfasts with live music on the weekends. Great coffee, too. The concerts in this rustic old barn are wonderful and up close. Dinners are very good. An amazing list of performers appear at this spot!
