Awesome staff, great food

The gorgonzola crusted beef medallions were great! I ordered them medium rare and they were overcooked, but that was very quickly corrected and cooked to perfection! Others in my party had pasta dishes and salads and all were great! I definitely recommend Brio!

We have been twice. Once with friends for my husbands retirement and again for the same friends going away dinner. Both times for Sunday dinner. The food and drinks were both top notch. We had veal, fish, chicken dishes. All very good. Appetizers calamari,Bruschetta were very good. One of the best things for us is that we never felt that... More

Okay you can think of it as a chain place, but this is as well run and good of an Italian restaurant around. Great patio, breads, and service ...this food is always consistent and tasty. Nothing average about this for lunch or dinner. I wish I lived closer, I think their lunch menu is very good and not overpriced for... More

Excellent venue, wonderful service from the door opener to the hostess to our waitress to our server. Excellent choices from shrimp to chicken and beef and everything was done very nicely...reasonable prices, lots of great menu choices starting at 500 calories...definitely a return!

8 of us had dinner. Very busy but they got us in at one table. Service was attentive. Food was better than expected give the chain nature of the restaurant. Pretty good Italian.

Consistency and a broad menu are big pluses here. Comfortable and beautifully appointed with great service. Pastas are wonderful, so are salads. Great break from high-altitude shopping nearby. :)

Went here for dinner on a Thursday evening. Had a reservation, so there was no wait. Our server & server in training took good care of us. Our food was good; not only tasty but hot. Our only complaint was the price-way too expensive. We have gotten similar entrees at other Italian restaurants for half the price. If you like... More

This place is always crowded. That implies that the food/experience must be extraordinary. But it really isn't. This place is in the perfect location. On the North side of the mall right by Barnes and Noble and Cheesecake Factory, it is a magnet for the dinner crowd. There is nothing to criticize about Brio. The food is decent, the wine... More

I have not kept a record of how many times we have eaten at Bio's, but this last time was extra special. Everyone had a great experience and my steak was the very best. They have always treated our reservations with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Bio for a wonderful time. Look forward to many more!!!

We love Brio is Southlake! Great lemon drop martinis, nice selection of wine and lots of fun people watching. We love their Ceaser salad and cannot get enough of the warm bread and seed crusted flat bread! We always order the shrimp & eggplant appetizer and my husband loves the lobster bisque. Great date night or afternoon brunch. The service... More
