Steaks aplenty

Not many people think of Copelands for steaks, but I can tell you that they have certainly emerged as a steak leader. They shine in their many offerings of Cajun dishes, but if you want to slip in for a steak, they serve it popping on a plate in the tradition of Ruth's Chris. And they charge... read more

We ate here several times bc we stayed at the hotel. Our server we had each time in the bar was the same one and was terrible. She couldn't answer any questions about the menu (she said,

This restaurant was very subpar for the area it is in. I was very dissapointed by the mediocre tasting food and aweful plating. Especially when you see the prices of the food. Nothing memorable about this place, just very blah. I felt was a big waste of money. Would never recommend.

This is painful to write. I love the Hilton and as a DFW resident I am proud of the overall quality of Southlake ambience. From a decent memory of some years ago, I decided to revisit with the family, and I cannot tell you how dreadful it was. Oh, wait yes I can. Start with amateurish service, which may have... More

The appetizer, of crawfish stuffed Beignets, were amazing and the sauce you just wanted to eat with a spoon. I ordered the Garlic Filet, with Crawfish, the filet was cooked perfectly, however the crawfish were literally 1/4 the size of normal crawfish tails. I was really surprised, and I guess because they were so small they were rubbery from being... More

If you've been to Copelands in New Orleans/the Louisiana area you will find that the food is just A LITTLE different. It still takes GREAT...don't get me wrong but there's that little SOMETHING that the NewOrleans spot has that this one doesn't. The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is great!! I had a small plate of stuffed shrimp and... More

We walked into Copeland's last night and we were really hungry. There was not a table available, so we shimmied up to the bar. We ordered a cocktail and perused the menu. What we did notice from the time that we walked in, was how EXTREMELY LOUD the music was. As we yelled at one another for conversation, we knew... More

This is one of the best Restaurants that I have eaten at. Great food, great service.all conveniently showcased with in the SouthLake Hilton. We ate there upon Check in, and then again the following evening. I couldn't imagine a better dining experience. I strongly suggest the Creme Brulee' for dessert. All natural ingredients and rates at the top!

My family and I ate a number of times at Copeland's while staying at the Hilton Southlake and also sat in the bar to watch college football while enjoying drinks. The food at breakfast was excellent as was the traditional Thanksgiving meal served including their cajun fried turkey. We were a large group of 10 including my aging parents, my... More

My wife, son, and I went to Copeland's for lunch on Thanksgiving day. We arrived about 1:30pm and went to the hostess desk. There were tables for people who had made reservations, but we were walk-ins. We actually were going to go to Cracker Barrel, but they were so busy, we had to find another place to eat. I can...
