Almost perfect

Daddy's had the best reviews so I decided to have dinner there. My friend ordered fettuccini which she devoured. I had the lobster bisque (which was forgotten and then reordered). I loved that it had a lot of chucks of lobster. However, the base was fair. I have had better and it should be looked... read more

Last time to Padre, it was miserable in the dining out department. We hit some highly recommended places and either the service was subpar or the food was. Was highly reluctant to try to eat out again, and have cooked in the condo for the last two days. After two hours at sea on the Dolphin Tour (GO its awesome)... More

We decided to go here because we like Cajun and I wanted seafood. I guess I should of picked a different place. We had a Daddy's long beach ice tea which was pretty good basically the best thing I had there. We ordered an appetizer and I was craving oysters. I read a review that said their Rockefeller was great... More

I decided to try daddy's because I love Cajun food as my whole family is from Louisiana. If you are looking for authentic Cajun food save yourself the trip and don't go. I had the Shrimp gumbo...it was disgusting I couldn't even eat it. Then I has the étouffée and that was bareable. I also went to Dirty Al's not... More

Friends and I decided to stop and eat before leaving the island. I had been feeling under the weather the past couple of days, so out of fear of having a mishap in the restaurant and disturbing the other customers, I decided to stay in the car and told my friends to go on without me. Unfortunately, as I waited... More

The restaurant closed at 11:00PM and we got there at 10:45. I asked if it would be ok to still come in thinking I would get an attitude but was blown away by the staff with their respond with home welcoming. We seated right away and our server Juan M. was very accommodating, knowable with the menu, professional, and friendly.... More

Had a nice visit. Had a short wait for a table, but service was good. We had several different main dishes and most were very good. I had shrimp and oysters. Shrimp was good, but I was disappointed with the oysters. Were not cooked as well as I prefer and for fried oysters they were about half raw. Would try... More

The kids could get chicken and french fries, while we enjoyed delicious jumbo shrimp and fried craw fish. The kids even tried frog legs! A great experience!
