They serve the very best shrimp bisque on the island. A cup is a treat; a bowl is a meal. The wait staff is always helpful and polite. The atmosphere is relaxed.

Our servers have been very pleasant and very helpful (on the whole)when we have gone to Daddy's........which is very important to us when deciding to return to a restaurant here on SPI. I wish more establishments here would understand how important that is!! Their soups are very good!!

Casual dining with great seafood. Try the Blackened Red Snapper. i wanted my Scallops prepared other than the way described on the menu. I wanted them sauteed. The waiter said that was no problem and they were prepared perfectly. Service was good. Prices were comparable to other places on the island.

Table of four went for a last hoorah before leaving SPI. My daughter had eaten their Daddy's Mixup boil previously and was looking forward to having it again. Waited 20 minutes to be seated another 15 for drinks. After looking at menus for an eternity, we are told they are out of crayfish for the night. The only reason we... More

The Etouffee was to die for. I had crawfish, and hubby had shrimp. We both had the fried/etouffee combos and stuffed ourselves. Also sampled a cup of shrimp gumbo. We have done 2 food sampling trips to New Orleans and LOVE this type of food. Daddy's did it right and our server Juan made it very enjoyable.

Four of us had seafood dishes at Daddys, We had the West bank with shrimp, the Almondy, the Mousette, and the Shrimp and Scallops. All the dishes were great, even though they were not the more expensive ones on the menu. The fish was cooked super tender, and the toppings all tasted great. The shrimp on the West bank was... More

Daddy's offers a great mix of seafood and Cajun dishes. We loved the bisques (shrimp or lobster). It was pretty busy for a week night, but the service was friendly. There was a singer for entertainment, but some soft background music would have been preferable so we could visit. We're looking forward to another visit and sampling more items from... More

I always go to Daddy's just for their Shrimp bisque but I thought I would try something different. I had their almond crusted fish and it was heaven on a fork. I loved every bite! Now I have a second favorite!
