Great food

Fast service & a very nice menu selection. Great for breakfast but get there early because they are busy!

We had lunch there. Hamburgers. 1/3 pound. Very juicy. Very good. Lots of pickles. The soft drinks come in a can, so no free refills. We had Pepsis, but they have Coke products too. At least when we were there, their hours were 7:00 to 2:00. I think breakfast is there busy time. The decor is OK, little out of... More

Actually, I heard about it in a novel I was reading by David Harry. The hero always had pecan pancakes at Ted's. We finally went and we were not disappointed. Simple old cafe with simple tables and chairs. Good food. Loved the pecan pancakes and huervos ranchero. We'll be back. It is NOT fancy.

A greasy spoon type establishment that serves basic dishes and reminds me of a 60s or early 70s type place. The portion size is adequate and the food is tasty. This is not a place to go it you want to be impressed by décor or presentation. If you are hungry and need a meal it is a good choice.

We've been coming to SPI and eating at TED's since the 80's. They would not be in business that long if food and service were not good. We will return. Try the breakfast fajitas.. very good!

A little dive but it is clean delicious and reasonable. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. Great staff and very busy. We will be back next year.

My grandfather use to tell me the best places to eat at are "greasy spoons". Does not have the best decor, or fancy anything. But, the food is generally really good! That statement holds true for Ted's Restaurant. Food was very good, and hot. Prices very good and portions are good size. Will be going back!

Nice little place for breakfast and lunch. Nothing fancy but my wife got a ribeye that was super cheap and tasty. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. We would go back.

This place isn't much to look at. Probably haven't changed the décor since the 50's. But they have great pancakes - don't forget to get them with pecans. I couldn't even eat two they were so big. Good coffee.

The service alone was worth stopping in. The food was cooked to order and was delicious. The famous fajitas and homemade salsa were a favorite.
