This restaurant was a wonderful surprise. We had dinner for two with an appetizer for just under $50 including the tip. We thought this was very reasonable given the high quality of the food. I had the lamb kebabs. They were outstanding.....very tender and flavorful. The tabbouleh was delicious and very fresh. Our waiter, Benny, was terrific. We love the... More

We have eaten here three times and the food is really good, great quality. My only complaint is it's not consistent. Each time, my gyro or falafel was on different bread and different sides given. Putting falafel into a thin pita is a mess, but one time, it was on a thicker bread which was so much more enjoyable. Once... More

But it is soooo overpriced!!! An order of tabouleh and hummus and a few pieces of sub-par pita bread (the mid eastern equivalent of rice and beans and tortillas) will set you back $20. With a beverage, tax and tip you are looking at $30 for one person for lunch!! And the portions are small! Baklava is good, but again,... More

My wife and I are fans of Mediterranean food and we were very pleased. The dishes were as authentic and well prepared as any I have had in the states. We sampled a little of everything: Greek salad, hummus, tabouleh, falafel, gyro, and the Lebanese sampler plate. The portions are large and the service is friendly and prompt.

We had no experience with Lebanese food so we got the Lebanese Plate for Two ($32) .All of the items were delicious at least to my American palate. Also ordered a Greek salad for the two of us .It was huge and too much food. The decor was pleasant ,service was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Tab came to $50 with the plate, salad and... More

A Lebanese cuisine - pretty unique for South Texas. But very good and service was very friendly and hands-on. Maybe a little expensive compared to other option on the Island.

Habibi has been open a little over 6 months as of the time of this review, 06 Jan, 2014. The fare is Mediterranean and is superb. I have traveled extensively in that region and found the offerings to be very authentic and most appetizing. The Spinakopita is made fresh in the bakery and is the best I have ever had!... More

Someone said this restaurant was pricy. I think one review said $100 for four people. You can easily spend $50 a person at a chain restaurant with two drinks, so to me this place is average priced. We (two people) split the Lebanese plate for one $18, had a bowl of soup $5, and the baba ghannouj appetizer $9. We... More

We stopped specifically for some sweets and "take-out" tabbouleh. The tabbouleh was too lemony for our taste and otherwise pretty flat. It seemed overpriced at $12.00 for a "serving" which appeared to be about 1.5 cups of take out salad. But the sweets were the big disappointment. The staff was obsequious and quick with offering samples. The samples were pulled... More
