This is a great big outdoor place. It has great burgers and nachos and also has good Pina Coladas. There was a band playing at 300 in the afternoon. I wish we found this place sooner, we found it the day before we left. This is the place you land when you go sky diving. You land in front of... More

This restaurant came highly recommended. I liked that it's right on the beach and was right next to our hotel. The kids could play in the sand while we waited for our food and we sat at the high tables that overlook the ocean, it's so beautiful. I didn't think the food was anything special. We had the fish tacos... More

The food was bar food and decent. One member of our family had the fish sandwich and that was really good. The rest wasn't bad, just wasn't anything extra special.

We recently visited SPI and needed suggestions for dinner. A friend of mine recommended we try Clayton's. We arrived around 8:30 and based on the crowded parking lot, we figured there may be a wait. Upon entering we realzied Clayton's is more of a "party place and bar" than a restaurant. You seat yourself on the MEGA outdoor patio and... More

Drinks are okay, but the food is horrible, or should I say more like a joke. I've never seen more pathetic dishes. There has to be better choices elsewhere.

This place is right on the beach, its loud, its busy, it has live bands constanting playing great music and it gots the best view of the summer saturday night fireworks. The food was good. I had the fish tacos and my husband had the fried fish both of us were happy. Beers cost $7, mix drinks were $9. the... More

Clayton's offered a nice view of the beach. Two different bartenders did try to overcharge us for drinks, which was a little upsetting and seemed like a trick to get a larger tip. So, if you go here beware of that.

I was digusted with the lousy service overall bad customer service and overpriced food! They have the nerve to charge you $3 for a damn refill on any fointain drink or tea. Tables were disgusting and cashier was a total cu#@! There are way better places that have way better service and quality food to put up with this crap!

We went to this bar because everyone said it was the place to be if you wanted to be around a college-age crowd. It was fun. The one door guy wouldn't let me in after I got a drink from their bar, walked out to the beach and wanted to come back in. He said no outside drinks. I literally... More

my husband and i really enjoyed sitting on the giant deck, with our two dogs, sipping beer and listening to the wonderful live band. the staff were really friendly and even brought a water bowl for the dogs, so while drinks are expensive: the location, views and staff make up for it.
