Great food & friendly service

We have enjoyed La Pasadita for years, especially at lunch (closed Mondays). I always have the beef enchilada dinner, with refried beans, moist rice and great gravy (sauce). My wife has tried a variety of entrees and she has liked them all. Service is quick and friendly, but we keep returning... read more

They have amazing Mexican Food! It is very authentic Mexican food with excellent attention to detail. The chips are home made and the hot sauce is amazing. I especially like the chicken enchiladas and crispy tacos. Just great food!

We moved to Schertz a couple of months ago. Looked on TA for a Mexican restaurant. Tried this place and we were very pleased. Loved the chips and salsa. Wait staff is excellent. You should give this place a try!

People seem to be too stingy with their five stars here, this food won't make you see The Gods but it's frakking delicious. Their home made tortilla chips are the best I've ever had, and their rice has chopped sweet peppers and green chilli, very tasty and completely satisfying :)

With all the Mexican restaurants in this area we are blessed with, it never really crossed my mind to look for another one. This said I was working for the owner of La Pasadita and ate there out of necessity and convenience. I am SOLD on their passion for wonderful, fresh, made from scratch delights!! EVERYTHING is made fresh every... More

First this is an authentic Mexican Food restaurant, NOT what we as Texans are used to. Texans are used to more heat, and bold flavors, it's what's called Tex-Mex. Authentic Mexican is more mellow, and very family oriented food. This is a 2nd generation restaurant, Mamma and Poppy still work there but Junior has taken the lead. It's very pleasant... More

My friends brought me here because I was missing having authentic Mexican food since I moved to Dallas. It's a humble place to look at but at soon as we walked in we were greeted and told we could sit anywhere we liked. Our server was quick to get us menus, drinks, chips and salsa and was very nice. The... More

If you are looking for a local non-chain restaurant, this is it. Nothing fancy and interior has probably not been updated in 20 years, but they have good Mexican food.

Went in just after 1 pm. Took over 10 minutes to get chips and a menu. Very small inside area. Large outdoor covered patio area. Waitress apologized and said she got stuck at the cash register. She was hustling but could not keep up. Chips were greasy. Salsa ordinary, mostly tomato sauce. Tea was fresh and good. Large glass and... More

My wife and I met our friends for lunch at La Pasadita. The chips and salsa are screaming good. The food is worth every cent. La Pasadita is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. We enjoyed three baskets of homemade tortilla chips and perfectly spiced salsa before enjoying the green enchiladas and nachos...wonderful.
