Loved the shakes, the eagle burger is also a must. Run by a very friendly family as well. Great place to visit in Sanderson

This place is terrible! The only reason we even gave this place a try was because of the few good reviews on here. Big mistake! We would've been better of having our lunch a the Stripes down the street. The rice was straight up nasty all you could taste of it was the garlic, it lacked salt and looked old.... More

While lodging at the Awesome, newly renovated Sanderson Motel (formerly Sunset Siesta) my wife and I attended church at Sandersons First Baptist Church and then had lunch at the Dairy King. The food was wonderful and the sweetest young lady served us. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT!!

The food was very good, reasonably priced, and the service was great. I would definitely eat there again.

the best restaurant in town. This restaurant is near to my motel Budget Inn where i like to stay while passing by SANDERSON. In Dairy King i enjoy tasty mexican food like fajitas, beans rice. most important thing that their rates are very reasonable and large quantity. i highly recommend Dairy King to everybody

Small place with homestyle & mexican foods on the east end of town. Easy to miss since the sign blew down. I had the beef fajitas and they were very tasty! Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Prices were fair.

We have made it a tradition now to stop in Sanderson, Texas for lunch on our way to Big Bend when we go. The town is very very small and with just three, maybe two restaurants and this one is pretty good! The menu has the traditional american flare with hamburgers and fries, but you must try the Mexican food... More

If you are in Sanderson, Texas, this is a great place to eat. Never gotten a bad meal here, and it's the only place in town to get authentic Mexican food. It also makes great, hand-formed patties for its hamburgers...just ask for the Eagle Burger. Just be careful...it's so big you may not have room for fries or dessert! The... More

We were in Sanderson recently looking at property and went to this restaurant exclusively. Food was just great from the hamburgers to the enchiladas. Service could not have been better. Coming from Dallas this restaurant is an oasis in West Texas. We will be back for more.

We stopped by this place in summer 2009 on our way crossing the US. We were heading to Alpine and felt hungry. On the road were not many options and this place looked good enough. It's a pretty small restaurant with only a few tables. It's kind of an old-school diner...but looks a little older and smaller. But it was... More
