I travel the I-35 between Austin & San Antonio a lot and this is a great little interesting place to stop and rest. Interesting little store with a lot of old time signs and gifts. Pricey, but fun to look at. The fudge and brownies are wonderful. Great hamburger and fries. The wait is sometime a little long but worth... More

We stopped in for an afternoon break from the outlet malls. Just wanted a cup of coffee and a little something to carry us over until supper. Wife had the cinnamon roll with pecans and I orderd a ham and cheese kolache. We shared our orders and they were both very tasty. Nice soft homemade dough with an awesome tecture.... More

I am sure at one point in time, this cute place was a great stop for a bite, but the unprofessional college/high school staff and the long wait for basic food will not have me coming back again. The staff was messing around in the kitchen & the service area, in front of a packed dining room that was waiting... More

I love this little boutique/burger joint right across the highway from all the outlets. My husband and I always stop here for lunch on our way to San Antonio or when we just take a trip to the outlets. It's an old em run down shack of a place, but the food never disappoints.

This is an interesting place. The restaurant has a store you walk through to get to the line to order your food. I thought it was a sit down restaurant with servers at the table but that is not how they do it here. The line was long with one cashier taking orders. The wait wasn't too long though. Once... More

My family ate here while taking a break from shopping. The line was long but moved quickly. The chicken wraps was great and the burgers were very good, especially on the homemade bun. We ordered the house chips which were crisp and well seasoned. The french fries that came with our kids' meals were soggy, but overall we had a... More

The last few times I have been here the fries were not cooked enough - greasy and half raw. So...I ordered a small cheeseburger and "crispy" fries. 25 minutes later asked about my order & my burger arrived with a soggy useless bottom bun and the most pathetic tiny piece of lettuce. The fries came out & were cooked as... More

Good place to stop for a hamburger and shake, so many of the locals will tell you this is the BEST place in San Marcos for a hamburger. They are good but not the best, the shakes are better, all in a country store type atmosphere with knick knacky type stuff for sale and clothing. It is on the other... More

A go to place for burgers and shakes after shopping. Great store, soda fountain and excellent fudge for a treat. Good antiques and gift shop as well. Try a cinnamon roll too! They are wonderful. Hot dogs delicious as well. Good prices and a fun place to take the kids. Country atmosphere. Family run business as well. Friendly and down... More

Looking for a good 1-35 pit stop near San Marcos, Texas? Centerpoint Station won’t disappoint. If you are hungry…they serve fresh hand battered chicken tenders, juicy hamburgers, home-style sides, and various bakery items to make your mouth water. My whole family is sold on the real-white-meat-chicken-breast-tenders-with-made-from-scratch-batter that is so hard to find these days. Also a must is their homemade... More
