The last few times I have been here the fries were not cooked enough - greasy and half raw. So...I ordered a small cheeseburger and "crispy" fries. 25 minutes later asked about my order & my burger arrived with a soggy useless bottom bun and the most pathetic tiny piece of lettuce. The fries came out & were cooked as... More

Good place to stop for a hamburger and shake, so many of the locals will tell you this is the BEST place in San Marcos for a hamburger. They are good but not the best, the shakes are better, all in a country store type atmosphere with knick knacky type stuff for sale and clothing. It is on the other... More

A go to place for burgers and shakes after shopping. Great store, soda fountain and excellent fudge for a treat. Good antiques and gift shop as well. Try a cinnamon roll too! They are wonderful. Hot dogs delicious as well. Good prices and a fun place to take the kids. Country atmosphere. Family run business as well. Friendly and down... More

Looking for a good 1-35 pit stop near San Marcos, Texas? Centerpoint Station won’t disappoint. If you are hungry…they serve fresh hand battered chicken tenders, juicy hamburgers, home-style sides, and various bakery items to make your mouth water. My whole family is sold on the real-white-meat-chicken-breast-tenders-with-made-from-scratch-batter that is so hard to find these days. Also a must is their homemade... More

This a restaurant, gift shop, bakery and ice cream shop in a old country atmosphere. We stopped on the way through San Marcos with a party of 9 at 2:30 in the afternoon and the place was packed. In spite of being a large party, we were seated and served very quickly. Portions were large, fresh and delicious. I would... More

Driving back from Houston to the Austin-area, I stopped at Centerpoint Station for a cheeseburger and a chocolate milkshake. Because I don’t get down here very often, I consider this place a treat. The milkshake was very thick, and it would have to thaw a bit before I could drink the vast portion of it. There's a small shop with... More

Burgers are great. The buns are homemade. Be sure to order onion rings too. I never have room for anything else. The shopping is good here too. They carry Yellow Box shoes, clothing and jewelry.

If you have not been to Centerpoint Station - please give this place a try! The fried pickles are worth stopping for! Pickle spears, lightly battered, delicious!!! Be sure to dip them in the homemade ranch!!!
