Among a million mediocre places to eat, finding Cody's was like coming across an oasis in the Sahara. I especially liked my appetizer. Great place to sit out back and watch the sunset. Inside, it looked like the place is fun with jazz music in the background that young Cody told me he even has a vinyl collection of jazz... More

On the I35 trek or San Marcos run, Cody's provides the ideal food for pre-river or local business lunch. Great staff, great food, great option on the road.

Unfortunately, Cody's is tucked away in the middle of a strip shopping center and parking is difficult, but if you're patient it's worth the trouble. The food is fresh although the service is a little slow, but again, it's worth the wait. There are several unique couplings of food on the menu and a great variety of mixed drinks. Sit... More

Pork super dry, Blackened fish watery, cold soup, and unfriendly waitress. I had planned this dinner for a month. We were supposed to be outside, but we were seated inside. Way overpriced.

Great food and ambience in this classy little bistro. Chicken salad, risotto, and burger were all delicious. Attentive, friendly and accommodating staff. Great place for lunch.

This is a great place for dinning. This review will be short. Great service. Friendly staff awesome cocktails. And the Duck entrée is the very best. You just have to try it. One word! Wow!!!!! Thanks Cody!! Your doing a great job.

It's the type of menu I look for that is executed smartly by a talented chef. Noting on the menu will disappoint. Any place with beef wellington on the menu these day must be tried and this is a home run.

went for late lunch today. Our bartender Kyle was fantastic. I went with a friend who frequents there regularly. The owner Cody was absolutely repulsive. We sat for over 10 minutes with Cody standing with his back to us more interested in what to seemed to be sales reps. While we were being ignored by the owner, the group of... More

We were headed to the outlet stores and checked Tripadvisor for some tips. Codys Bistro and Lounge was the closest restaurant to the outlet center and was rated #1. So we gave it a try. We were very pleased with our selection. Cozy atmosphere, good service and delicious food. We had sandwiches. Both were quite tasty.
