Good tex-mex food.

This is a place where the food is very good and the price is not too bad, is a good place to visit with family and friends.

The food: mushroom enchiladas - the mushrooms look and taste like they come from a can, the sauce was way too salty. I walked out feeling absolutely nauseous. The service: I have no idea the guy's name, we saw him three times...once to get our drinks, take our order and give us our check. It's too bad we sat with... More

I am currently leaving Mesa Rosa Mexican restaurant nauseous and thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the enchiladas pescado which is basically tilapia enchiladas with jalapeño ranch on top. I took one bite and it was awful! I had to spit it out and spent the rest of the time trying not to get sick. The meal my mother ordered (carnitas tacos)... More

Staff was great and nice clean restaurant ... what shocked me was the lack of people due to location, but had a great evening and happy I walked over from hotel. I will go back - find CoCo - great bartender!

My friend and I wanted a place to have a few drinks and a light dinner before heading out for evening activities, and this was pretty close to our target destination. We sat at the bar, instead of getting a table, which made it easier for our server to refill the margaritas. We shared some queso and cheese enchiladas, which... More

We are new to the area and eager to find a good Mexican restaurant that offered gluten free options. Most in the area said they could work with me, but Mesa Rosa has a full menu. We have been a half dozen times and I've tried a different dish each time and not been sick. Chips, salsa, queso and many... More

After reading the reviews we were anxious to try this restaurant. Other than the chips and salsa we were disappointed. The enchiladas had no flavor at all. The chili gravy tasted like it came out of a can.

The chips and salsa were good, but the service and entrees were only average. Good guacamole, but the beef fajita meat was tough.

We are transplanted Texans who have to find Tex Mex when we come back to Texas and this was a great place. We met family for dinner early (4:30 PM) as we wanted to visit as long as possible. We had great service; we asked for the music to be turned down as we were about the only ones there... More

Went for dinner and a drink with my friend. I had read the negative reviews before going but she loves this place. Yes the place was not crowded but it was a Monday night. I thought that was a bonus. We were seated quickly. Our waiter was nice, quick and kept checking on us without being overbearing. The food was... More
