Ate at Chuy's for the first time on a recent business trip. Food was great. I had the Chicken Fajitas and they were very tasty. The flour tortillas were very fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Most places have a tendency to over cook the chicken, but this was still nice and moist. Meal came with complimentary chips and... More

The food is really good. I have never had anything here that was not delicious. The different sites have different specials on different days. I absolutely love the creamy jalepeno and not use with chips but for the meal as well. If you do not like hot do not order anything with the green hatch chilis and maybe even sample... More

Why does one go to Chuy's? Good food, fun atmosphere, reasonable prices. It's reliably a good experience. Watch yourself because they tend to be on the spicy hot side. Maybe I'm ignorant, but it doesn't seem very Tex-Mex to me. I favor their burritos and if you get chips, you HAVE to try the creamy jalapeno dip, you'll get addicted.... More

Chuy's has a great Tex-Mex menu in an eclectic and fun environment. Definitely ask for creamy jalapeno dip to eat with your chips, it's not too spicy. It does get very busy, plan to wait if it is during a main meal time, go early if you can. The food is always delicious. I think they have the best chalupas... More

Lovely little find, close to hotel where we were staying. Always very busy , we had to wait each time for a table but only for about 10 minutes ( even though we were told on arrival it may be 20-25 mins). Service was very efficient and always with a smile ! Food was plentiful, a huge variety to choose... More

This was the second best Tex-Mex / Mexican food I have ever had at a restaurant. The place is always busy but you can get chips and salsa while you wait. Service was fast and servers well trained. Not too loud and lots of things to look at on the walls. Had a great time.

Always a solid choice. The food is great, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable. Some of the food items can get spicy, (I like that) but they are good at letting you know if you ask.

Was very busy even at 8:00p on a Thurs night. Was still busy at 9:00. Had about a 20 min wait. Service was excellent. Food was very good. Reasonable prices. Looking forward to going back.

After waiting an entire year, the Hatch Chuy's Fest returned! The limited time menu was excellent as always, showcasing the delectable bounty from the fields of a little town in southern NM. The enchiladas were outstanding, as was the combo-plate, although I could have done without the Fritos. Their regular menu utilizes Hatch chiles in many of the dishes/sauces. The... More
