I ate lunch with my wife and her 91-year old mother, when the power went off about 1:30. We waited approximately 15 minutes for the power to return, and noticed that only 1 of the 3 emergency lights functioned, which the fire department inspected the next business day and made them fix. I finally asked for a check, which was... More

The queso is awesome. Everyone in our group said their food was very good. Service was good. Would definitely go back when in Round Rock.

This is one of my favorite place to go when we are in Round Rock. I love the mesquite smell when we walk in and love, love, love, their mesquite chicken tacos.

My family of 5 visited the Serranos Restaurant in Round Rock this weekend. My chile relleno was one of the best I have ever eaten, and everyone at our table had a good meal. The prices were reasonable, and the service was exceptional. We usually run up a $100 plus bill at Macaroni Grill, Outback Steak House or the Cheesecake... More

We found Serranos years ago by accident and it turned out to be a wonderful accident. I have never had a bad experience in over 10 years. My favorite food there is the Pollo Serranos - OMG, it is wonderful. I substitute the Vegetable scewer for the rice and beans. Anything grilled is wonderful.

I don't know why but we come here for lunch and I haven't had dinner here. They have great lunch specials for only $5.99 and you get alot of food. They have very tasty salsa with just the right amount of heat. I like the mesquite flavors from the grill, they have good fajitas and my favorite are the chicken... More

I don't think Serrano's gets enough love because of their prices - they're not as cheap as other local Tex-Mex restaurants, but to me their prices are worth it because the food really is the best. Their queso is the absolute best around and you can't beat their margaritas. I really can't think of anything on their menu that I... More
