Good Food and Wait staff

Being Valentines Day it was busy. Our biggest concern was when we arrived we saw people waiting outside. Upon entering we observed probably 2/3 of the tables were unoccupied which we thought strange. The girl handling the seating seemed totally overwhelmed. We heard her tell several people who... read more

Had an unpleasant dining experience 2 days ago at Chili's in Round Rock. The tables weren't cleaned, the bartender was inattentive and never present, the overhead TV's were too loud and the food was served loveless and not as ordered. Altogether a very non-personal atmosphere. I left a tip but I'm not going back.

Good ole Chili's, the food isn't the greatest in the world, but its good. We visited the Round Rock Chili's the other afternoon and had great service. Our Diet Cokes were always replaced before the current glass was empty. I had the Chicken Fried Steak, masked potatoes with white cream gravy. It was good. Had a salad on the side... More

Chili's was the host restaurant for a local elementary school fundraising event on 9/8/2014. As we entered the lobby, we noticed the restaurant seating area was well less than half capacity. The waiting area was full of parents and their children. When the waitress asked how many, I replied 4. She proceeded to tell me there was a 45-50 min... More

We stopped here because it was convenient to our hotel. The food was good value, we had the 2 for $20 but did not come out as ordered. We did like being able to swipe my credit card at the table to pay for check, my receipt was sent to my email which I can access on my phone so... More

Our server was Randy and he made us feel right at home! They have a great watermelon lemonade that is bottomless and they keep your mug filled. We had a large party of 9 and we had a blast - on a road trip from Dallas. Ribs are always the best here!

No surprises. My daughter likes Chilis and it's in a convenient location. I did enjoy that we had a long lunch with a good friend and the waitstaff was very respectful of our priorities.

After spending $20 for a couple of hamburgers it was nice to stop at Chili's for the 2 For $20 special-a generous slab of ribs with fries and an appetizer of guacamole and chips and salsa was a real bargain and really okay ribs. We didn't order drinks=just water, but with tip for $25 it was a much nicer dining... More

This is the Chili's right in front of the outlet mall and has the typical, cookie-cutter appearance. Wife and I stopped in for lunch and sat on the restaurant side. We ordered two simple burgers, but hers still came out wrong. Then they seated a kid absolutely screaming bloody murder behind us. Mind you, the whole restaurant was empty; yet... More

We all know Chili's maintains a standard of quality in their franchises, but what it comes down to is Quality Control. These two words have become the most least utilized in American Business than any others. At this establishment the Manager walked through the restaurant sending a little time at each table engaging the customers and that's what I'm taking... More
