Heading into Round Rock from the airport, my group stopped here for lunch. It was crowded but the service was fast and the food was nicely prepared and reasonably priced.

My family and I love going to Pho Viet. All the plates are amazing, food is always at right temperature and the flavor is delightful. We usually go once a week.

The young man that owns this place, Kevin, takes very good care of his customers, we even love the music he plays. We've tried a lot of dishes, some that Kevin has recommended, never has a bad meal here. My favorite is the shaken beef.

Third time to eat at Pho Viet. Every time the food was good and service super fast - maybe a little to fast. We were asked if we were ready to order while looking at the menu five or six times by several different servers - became a little annoying, but I guess better than the alternative. I've had the... We went here because my Viet gf had been wanting to try it. She go Pho and I got a rice dish with pork, shrimp and egg. She wasn't impressed with her Pho and the pork on my dish left a lot to be desired, the rice was mushy and not fresh.

I frequently go here when I'm craving egg rolls and chicken garlic noodles! I've tried other things on the menu but always go back to those as my favorites. I always ask for more cilantro and more garlic!

Great spot for Vietnamese food. Fast service in a super clean environment. I had the shaken beef, which was fantastic and the nem nuong. I'm definitely coming back for more items on the menu including a hot bowl of Pho. Super value.

We enjoyed our visit to this fine establishment. We shared a couple entrees, shaken beef (very tender and flavorful), shrimp and broccoli, and a bowl of chicken and egg noodle soup, plus 2 teas, and a couple fried egg rolls, all top notch. We're big fans of new age flamenco music which features some outstanding acoustic guitar players like Jesse... More

I've got to say this place isn't bad for Round Rock. The other restaurants I've been to in the area were so disappointing that I didn't have high hopes for Pho Viet, but the soups were pretty tasty! I had an egg noodle soup with barbecued pork. The soup broth was a tad on the salty side, but nothing I... More

I didn't expect to find great Vietnamese food in a strip mall in Round Rock, but I guess wonders never cease. The menu has some choices that you don't see every day, along with old favorites. Everything we had was fresh and tasty. My only (slight) disappointment was in the egg rolls, which were good, but didn't measure up to... More
