Fresh food is a plus... Lots of great choices...... Confusing set up.. I felt very loss what to do and where to go once in there.

This is not our favorite La Madeline location - not sure if it is the management or employees. Service just never seems to be top-notch and never has been. No one working is very happy or helpful. Tables are usually left dirty and we have had to ask on many occasions, during peak lunch hours, to have someone clean tables... More

I have tried several things at this restaurant and have not ever been disappointed. The tomato basil soup will make you slap your grandma!! It's delicious! The pastries are also scrumptious. I love the atmosphere at this restaurant...very cozy. You order your food cafeteria style and it is delivered to your table. I highly recommend this restaurant!! There are other... More

La Madeleine is one of my favorite places for breakfast. The Danish and Strawberries Romanoff are always delicious. Never had anything for breakfast or lunch that I didn't really enjoy--tomato basil soup, quiche, salads, entrees, etc.

We split a spinach salad and chicken friand for dinner. Flavor was good on both, but the one problem I have with La Madeleine is the chicken friand was lukewarm at best. I would prefer it hot.

We enjoy a carry-out lunch from La Madeleine in Rockwall almost weekly. My wife sends an email with our order. I drive the short distance and use reserved parking for carry-out customers. I am in and out very quickly. Service is good. We usually enjoy the chicken caesar salad. I also enjoy their bowtie pasta. And, we sometimes get a... More

Menu offers alot of choices of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Also has bakery area and takeout counter. Prices are reasonable and service is average, but food is good.

I was rather unimpressed by this particular La Madeleine. The service was very slow, and we all had to wait for forks, because they were all dirty. It was small, and not busy. Staff seemed to be standing around. The price was high, though the food was abundant, it had little flavor.

When we first arrived, we were a little confused with the process of ordering. If you order from the menu, you do so when you first arrive. You have to look at the menu and decide then, before being seated. To decide, you have to go look through the food line to see if you want items from there instead.... More
