This place is out of business. Save yourself some time by not looking for it. There is another sushi place about a mile away called Kyoto. It is better than this place ever would have been in the first place.

I was a huge supporter of this local restaurant and am sad to say that it was boarded up when we went there today. There was not a sign saying they had moved. The BYOB sign was still prominent on the first door. Yep! They should have gotten their liquor sales going. Sadly, they are gone!

My husband and I met our friends for dinner here and it was our first time since I had purchased a deal from Groupon for us to adventure together. We got there before them and worried because it was empty but didn't realize they open for dinner so it started getting more people in shortly. We also didn't know that... More

I recantly visited Sushi Saikuo in The Harbor for my Graduation dinner. I'm usally not interested in sushi, but when a friend from Church recommended it ( I value his opinion , since he is a chef ) I was instantly interigued. The furniture is beautiful it makes the atmosphere feel like your in Japan. The service was kind-of slow... More

Yummy! Prices were very reasonable, and the owner really cares. I loved my sushi. I liked the fact that there were as many choices on the cooked fish sushi side of the menu as the raw fish. I'm going back this Friday. Can't wait. Warning - it can be hard to find. Double check your navigator's directions.

UPDATE NEW easy to understand menu's! Thanks! Food was great and management was there along with some new and friendlier staff. Owner listens to your needs and to what the kids are saying about the food! Perfect, keep it up and looks like this is my last review!

The owner is a sharp, caring, and determined fellow. He revised the menu, changed and toned down music, and is getting a liquor license based on customer input. We ate there tonight (a busy Sunday evening at the Harbor) and the owner was all over the place talking to patrons. We has a fabulous Rainbow Roll with really fresh fish... More

It seems like this place is lacking oversight from management or the management doesn't care. The food is good for the price and that is what keeps us coming back but definitely wasn't impressed this last time. It was peak dinner time and the service was slow and we couldn't hear ourselves talk because they had the music so loud.... More

Sushi enthusiast for years, however after years of seeing the art of sushi be neglected by restaurants I started looking into different cuisines. While at the harbor Friday night I noticed this new place “Sushi Saikou”. The outside patio seemed pleasant and inviting as a true sushi lover I decided to try it. The food is short to say excellent.... More
