Great shrimp bruschetta

This was my first time to visit and I am so glad I finally went there. I plan on returning. I ordered the grilled shrimp bruschetta and it was excellent. My friend has the grouper and he said it was very tasty however the portions were small for the price. My other friend had the ceviche which... read more

Food was great, nice atmosphere. I ordered the Snapper, and my husband ordered Mom's Shrimp. Both were excellent. We ordered a side of brussel sprouts that were awesome. Was busy and food took a bit to come from kitchen but worth the wait. Drives me crazy with the internet when people are hyper critical. Wish they were the ones that... More

To start this off, I came on vacation with a few of my friends and we called them around 8:00 and they just sat their last customer down but still waited for us to get there. We were only 30 min away but it was still there time that we were taking. The food was AMAZING and that's an understatement.... More

Hubby and I went to GLOW for our anniversary. He had the Steak au Poivre and I had the Gulf Plate. The steak was a tenderloin that was a little tough for a tenderloin. The broccoli and potatoes were excellent as was the peppercorn sauce for the steak. My dish was snapper, grilled shrimp, tiny crab cakes and fried shrimp.... More

Very friendly staff and servers. Atmosphere: nothing special. I had the ribeye which was more than half fat. Flavorful sauce but the meat was most disappointing. Seafood was better. Management needs to get a higher quality of meat. Place was not worth the price. We will not be back.

Following the good reviews we choice to have a dinner for the first time at this restaurant with friends for celebrate a birthday. The place is vey small and no clean, the floor need to be remodeled, the decoration need to be upgraded. Service is poor, they tried to be friendly but they aren't. We started with a Caesar salad... Glow is located in a small wooden boat house, with outside seating available. You are guaranteed a warm welcome from owners who are genuinely pleased to see you. We both had the Glow Salad which was fresh and tasty with a balsamic type dressing. We tried the Grouper and the Snapper. Both were well presented, and tasty, these were not... More

Although. The restaurant can be pricey for dinner it quite reasonable for lunch. And, where else could I have crispy quail? The Brussels sprouts with bacon were a hit with everyone. My companions opted for soup and half a sandwich. The only complaints I heard were that the soup was too spicy - something I know would not have bothered... More

We had dinner and wine for a business trip to the area, and found this quaint little restaurant, with great food and superb staff. The atmosphere is almost like having dinner at a friends house, with all the benefits of that, with a small menu, and attentive service.

We had lunch at this quaint little boat house yesterday. The food was outstanding. We started with a house salad topped with fresh grilled shrimp and our meal included Vietnamese fish tacos (fresh grouper), green chile mac n cheese, and roasted brussels sprouts with bacon. All items were expertly prepared and presented. We are repeat customers and our dining experiences... More
