Classic Cafe is a quaint restaurant with big city taste! I love that you can sit and visit without yelling at your dining companions. The martinis are yummy too! The menu has a range for everyone in our family from pasta (they even substituted the salmon for lobster for my daughter) to very delicious steaks!

The food was good but not exceptional. My steak was done perfectly but my wife's jäger schnitzel was good but contained a lot of gristle. The service was excellent but the restaurant was very noisy and the tables were too close together for such a highly rated restaurant. I felt it was overpriced for what I expected. Too the meal... Took my folks here when there came to visit. Had high expectations and timing worked for my mom to try the Oktoberfest dinner specials. Everyone enjoyed their entrees (trout, sauerbraten, steak, and crab cakes), but none were overly impressed. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the live music was a nice touch. I'd rate the food experience a 3.5 if... More

Was in Fort Worth area for work and stopped into the Classic Cafe with friends upon suggestion and was not disappointed. The specialty drinks were fantastic, with a feature menu of Jeremiah Weed assorted cocktails. The special that night was duck breast, and two weeks later I'm still thinking about it. The menu is a a bit pricey, with all... More

These guys were Roanoke dining before Roanoke dining was cool. Their food has never disappointed though I would call them 5 diamond either. Their wine selection is great, their offerings are varied and the service has never been an issue. It's been awhile since my last visit so not sure that the atmosphere is still a little "dated" but if... More

Went with family for dinner. Had live music which was a nice touch. Split the "Mixed Grill" with the wife - terrible! The flat iron steak was way over cooked and tuff, the "Italian" (as described by the owner when I asked) Sausage was the worst I've ever had; strange, chewy, chunky texture with absolutely no flavor resembling any Italian... Have been dining here for many years. The food is always superb and the service is beyond compare. The weekly specials are always unique and great for new taste experiences. In the spring, Chef Charles now prepares dishes from an on site garden. What a treat this has become for diners.

The service was exceptional and the food exceeded my expectations. Fresh, tasty and a nice sized portion. Too many foody places today have skimpy portions and there is nothing worse than leaving feeling like you need a drive through burger. I am definitely going back!
