Located in a quaint old home, Classic Cafe offers interesting and tasty dishes. The staff are cordial and the high quality food coupled with friendly service makes this restaurant a DFW standard.

Nice little restaurant with really great food. More for special occasions and celebrations, although I know some people that go here on a regular basis. Food is excellent, as well as service. I have heard they have wine tastings and pairings.

I've visited twice now to Classic Cafe for lunches and have been very impressed with the food and service. Yes, it is upscale and higher price, but that is great to have a hidden gem in this area and not have to drive into Dallas or Fort Worth for a 5 star experience. The chef seems to always be experimenting... More

Ate here in December, 2014. Had a reservation for 4. Excellent high end restaurant - a little hard to find. If you drove by nothing would lead you to tumble to the fact that a 3 or 4 star eatery was located here. Waitress was unusually professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and gifted at having that knack to know when to "be present"... More

The Classic Cafe is in an old house in Roanoke and it is very well done inside. The floors creak and the atmosphere is cozy. There are many rooms and not many tables in each room. The average price is around $30 to $50, but the food is upscale and delicious. They have a garden and grow some of their... More

I've heard about Classic Cafe for years, and finally got there last night. The occasion was my daughter's 17th. She, my mom, a couple of her friends and I went after volleyball. My first kudos, then, is to thank them for letting post-game people into their lovely place. The most memorable component of Classic is the service. We had a... More

On October 7, I had a great birthday lunch at the Classic. WOW! I had the Chef Charles special of the day which was a Grilled Lamb Chop with Mint Chimichurri sauce. Melt in your mouth lamb, with a garlicy, minty sauce. I don't know what you call it, but my friend had Chef Charles make a fresh strawberry chiffon... More

This is a delightful restaurant, even more unusual because it is in a small country town in the wasteland of the DFW restaurant scene. In a modest building, the restaurant is actually quite large, with spacious rooms classically decorated with good art, white tablecloths, and flowers. The staff is impeccably trained. The food is gourmet, with reasonable prices and a... More
