Large selection of burger creations and add ons. The line to order can take a few minutes, but it is worth the wait for a fresh burger.

Talk about having it your way... Buffalo, Turkey, Goat ... They will offer it all. Toppings ? Dare to try to find one they don't have. Fresh and generous. What a pickle selection. Date, family, business or friends. This will serve you all. Special way to call your order. A celebrity every time. Been 10 time and have not found... More

Choice of beef, buffalo meat. Different sauces, such as hickory sauce. Great onion rings. Great taste

This is a unique twist on a burger joint. I had the pimento burger with pickled okra. It was delicious! The sweet potato chips were also tasty. There are so many options, I would absolutely want to go back.

We used to love it here but the 'bad' service charm has really just created a bad burger lately. We used to eat here weekly but find it hard to walk in the place now! Shame it went downhill in taste and service. And can management please oh please clean the restrooms.

We took a group to the Twisted Root for dinner. The service is fast casual and the décor is funky-urban-garage, which somehow works. The music is rock and rather loud which may not be for everyone. The food is tasty and unique. While we were waiting for our food we got fresh pickles from their jarred pickle bar. There were... More

Used to be so good...worth making a drive for! Last night, service was slow and unfriendly. The cashier looked disinterested, overwhelmed and like she didn't want to be there. This was not the busiest we've seen the place, yet our food took almost 30 mins to get. Unfortunately, it sat in the window for almost that long. The cook was... More

Stopped here a few times, and enjoyed the food. Latest visit was just for dessert. We had FABULOUS chocolate custard shake topped w marshmallows. Pricey, but worth every penny. Your mouth will love you for it. Quite busy, mostly w children everywhere, enjoying themselves.

Basic cheeseburger was overpriced and just okay. A little texturally weird, like frozen pressed patties from a box. I'm not saying they actually are, but that was my impression of the texture. Atmosphere tries too hard to be cool in an irreverent, no-adult-in-charge kind of way. It's okay but not good enough for the money.

Would not disagree it is loud. Would not disagree the general atmosphere could improve. It is not cheap. My it was good. I understand why there was a line.
