This is one of my favorite TexMex places of all time. I often crave their chips & salsa, which are perfectly crispy and a bit spicy, respectively. Everything on the menu is really good. There are some very unique items like the Enchiladas Mexicanas (stuffed with queso fresco and topped with fried potatoes & carrots), the Mexican Lasagna, and the... More

I get off work late so I sometimes will go get carry out and without looking at a menu have my fiancé call it in. So I ask him to order me a burrito dinner. I was looking forward to a side of rice and refried beans, instead when I get home I open my carryout box to French fries.... More

This is not a chain restaurant, prices are very reasonable, food is consistently good, margaritas are great (frozen), as is the chips and hot sauce. Good atmosphere and service. I have had better Mexican Food but this is great for the price.

We arrived early on a Sunday morning to an almost empty restaurant. The host/bartender/waiter seated us. The decor is pretty rustic - nothing fancy - just the way we like it. This place is about the FOOD! The brunch menu is quite large and has a wonderful variety - not just the same old suspects. And very reasonable prices. We... More

Met a friend here for lunch on their recommendation. Sat at the bar and ordered from the menu. Bartender was very helpful and johnny on the spot with everything. My choice was verde enchilada plate. 2 enchilada's with rice and beans.Only $6.00 - EXCELLENT choice. Enchiladas were just right and the verde sauce not to hot. Rice has some corn... More

The reviews on TripAdvisor helped us decide to try Amigos -- and the queso. The queso had great flavor but was a bit runny. The complimentary tostaditos were nice. I had one of the frittatas, and my husband had something with eggs and chorizo. Portions were large and had good flavor. The service was terrific and friendly. We'll definitely go... More

The food here is delicious, but I think the Margarita happy hour attracts most folks. Good queso, fresh chips, and a good variety of menu items.

We have been going since it opened. It has the bet queso in the town....it is white, creamy and delicious. They also have a cute little tostada that they give you as an appetizer....it is very tasy. If you are looking for common TEX MEX combos...you won't find it. They do have enchiladas and tamales....but you will want to try... More

We got there a little afternoon on a Saturday.. We were seated quickly, drink orders taken and brought back in a timely manner. We had to stop a waiter to take our orders. That was a little disheartening. Food came out quickly and it was great. Just would have liked to not have to "flag down" a waiter, as they... More
