My friend and I went here to get some good Texas steaks. I chose the NY strip and found it to be excellent and served just how I ordered it and piping hot. We sat at the bar and David was our bartender who was very friendly. I had been to this location about 10 years ago and was so... More

I don't eat steak a lot but always enjoy eating here. It is cooked to my order, the sides and salad are fresh and the service is very good. I have yet to encounter a problem here.

Went in on a strict bodybuilding diet. Had the most tender filet mignon with mushrooms and asparagus cooked to perfection. So good, went back again for a second visit.

The Texas Land & Cattle is a steakhouse restaurant with a western theme and décor, as you might imagine, that features log walls, western pictures, a longhorn steer head over the fire place, horse- shoes, etc. The problem though, is that they spent more time getting the western décor just right in place of concentrating on the food. While there... More

We got there a little early so we really didn't have to wait to be seated (we sat in the bar with no waiting) and were waited on fairly quick. The food was Great! I had the rib-eye (w/o the bone), loaded baked tater, cream corn and my wife had the wood fired chicken, sweet tater, broccoli. the cream corn... More

I ate at the bar for dinner! And had tremendous service from the bartender! The food on the other hand had a bit to be desired. I started with the crab cakes that were burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. I then had a filet which was fine. I paid extra for onions and mushrooms and am... More

Spouse's company booked this restaurant for a Christmas party. An ice storm forced it to be relocated to January. We arrived on a Saturday night to a very full parking lot. We soon learned that it was not a sign of a good kitchen and staff, but rather of very long waits. Our party of about 40 had a very... More

Parents wanted to have some steak while we were in Dallas and this place was on the way with decent Yelp reviews. Pros: nice decor inside and out, quick and friendly service. Cons: salty and otherwise forgettable food, smaller than usual portions (although enough). Melted cheese appetizer wasn't really melted but rather rubberish. Tortilla soup was tasty but very salty.... More

Do NOT order the soup and salad. We've been here for lunch in the past and always had a good experience. This time not sure what happened but the soup is now served in a cup that is better fitted for a toddler and I am NOT exaggerating. The wedge is no longer a 1/4 but a 1/4 of a... More
