All of their food is made in-house, and homemade. Any time I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop by for a chicken salad sandwich, paired with a pear and cottage cheese side. And, even though it's not on the dinner menu, they will make it at your request. The deviled egg appetizer is also a must... More

I was attending a party at Ye Shire and we had the Banquet Room. The service was very good. The wait staff brought out the food quickly and returned to the table to refill drinks regularly. I ordered the salmon. It was a generous thick salmon filet cooked to perfection. The only down side was the lemon butter sauce. It... More

They opened on Saturday for Lunch for Our Corvette Club, the food was great, they had a limited menu, I had the fish and chips, the chips were home or pub made, crisp, hot and fresh, the fish had crisp batter over flounder, it was very good and a lot of it. We split the order and there was more... More

Let's start with my only negative point: The place does need a bit of a face lift inside. The dinning area is a bit reminiscent of a college pub. BUT, the service is very attentive and friendly. Bar is properly stocked and the meal was very nice. I would definitely go again. By the way, they are known for their... More

Easy to get to with a wide variety on their menu. Very good service, and a wide selection of beers and wines. Nice place to relax after work

Meeting new customers for business lunch is tricky - this place is perfect. Pub Style atmosphere and TABLES vs BOOTH so, there is no awkward sitting shoulder to shoulder with a stranger - Particularly when they are prospective customers! Fish and Chips is GREAT at this place. Tomato Mozzarella Salad was also a favorite at our table. Lightly battered fish... More

Looks are deceiving and for Ye Shire Tavern, the decorations frame this place to be more of an old, creepy, outdated place. If it underwent renovation and become more bright and inviting, it would probably get a better reception. The food is quite good, portions are generous, and the service is really good! I recommend ordering: -Waldorf salad with salmon... More

Hubby ordered classic fish and chips: the chips were homemade, crisp and delicious and the fish was fresh and deftly fried. The surprise was the Chef’s Special, two perfectly sautéed Tilapia filets crowned with lump crabmeat and a light lemon sauce with sides of grilled asparagus and diced potatoes with a wonderful cream sauce. Our waiter was attentive and really... More
