Admittedly we went on a Wednesday during the Christmas Holidays, it was busy. We waited about 40 minutes for a table. We were seated right next to the kitchen where I could see a lot that was going on. Some of the staff was hustling while a few young girls were just there to look cute and stand... read more

Good food and reasonable prices. No surprises, but we had a good meal and enjoyed ourselves. No long waits for service either.

I know people may think that Chili's is just a run-of-the-mill chain restaurant, but the Portland, TX location is excellent. We have eaten there several times. They have a dinner for 2 for $20 with appetizer and entrée or a really good deal for $35 with cocktail, appetizer, entrée and dessert - what a deal! My husband had half rack... More

My wife and I took our grandson out for dinner this evening, and never expected to have this problem. We were greeted and seated right away. It then took 15 minutes and me finding a supervisor to get our drinks and chips and dip. Oh, I forgot to mention, they weren't busy. After getting our drinks and and chips, he... More

Food was really good and if you study the menu you can find some really cheap eats. I had 2 margaritas and a chicken sand for $16.

Every time my friends forget about previous experience, they decide to go back here and it gets worse and worse! One of us ordered shrimp tacos, there was exactly one shrimp in it. They should re name them as salad tacos bc that's all u get! Chili was ok.. But when u ordered something else, nothing like the pics on... More

Good food but it took awhile to get served. They were hopping busy on a Saturday night. Good people at the take-out counter. Friendly and helpful.

Good food and great dessert! Love that kids can stay busy with the games they offer! Never a long wait.

Food and waitstaff were Average , but we were surprised to see extra charges for things like sour cream, jalapenos, etc... That you would expect to come with your meal (Fajitas, Baked Potato). When I questioned manager on duty he was very defensive and rude to the point I wanted to hit him. Will never go to this Restaurant again.
