Breakfast Con Todo is the way to go

We have eaten at this place every year when we visit South Padre. The breakfast con todo is yummy! Prices are reasonable. The seating area is small and it does get busy.

I've been getting the large breakfast "con todo" here for nearly 30 years. I order it with sausage and eggs. It is the size of a plate and will definitely fill you up. Very good food at a reasonable price.

Went to Isabel's because I saw good reviews and had some people on Facebook say go try it. Well I can say it will be my only time visiting. The tacos were 90% all tortilla, good tortilla though but no insides. And the little insides there was, was no even worth rating. No bad, just not good. Just plain old... More

A taste of authentic Mexican Food at a very reasonable price. My favorite is the Mexican Plate #3 which includes 2 Enchiladas 2 Tacos 1 Chalupa plus rice and beans priced under $8.00. This restaurant is also famous for their pancakes and Chimichangas.....Yum! The size of building is small but the food is well worth the wait. Wait time not... More

I had Migas and they were good, with refried beans and a tortilla, great value. My wife had an omelet and it was half raw/runny uncooked eggs, pretty bad considering it was paper thin. Really reasonable prices, but was 85 degrees in there and claustrophobic!! We probably won't go back.

We make sure to have breakfast at Isabel's at least twice whenever we visit SPI, even though they aren't on the island, it well worth the short drive to get delicious breakfast tacos.

Been going here for years. Stopped in one day when The Fisherman was closed. Ordered three small bacon, egg and cheese Tacos. Waiter looked at me like I was crazy. I weigh about 260 and I am 6' 1". She said I don't think you can eat that. So I ordered two and that was all I could eat. From... More

Not too much not too little that includes the very reasonable prices. One of the for places will want to stop for lunch. Try the Mexican Plate # 2 but be ready for a nice siesta afterwards.

Great food,Great Prices and attentive servers. What more can you ask for? We had noted the crowded parking lot every time we passed and finally made it for a meal. Has to be one of the Top Spots for Breakfast and Lunch!

Not such a well kept secret. Excellent food can't believe the prices! Great family run business! Must stop when heading to SPI. Lots of locals.
