This is a "local" place, owner operated, (and while it requires a 30 minute drive from our home) has a flavorful grilled amberjack with a little spicy heat in the sauce. I keep thinking I cannot finish it, but my BF steals bites, so there is never any leftover to take home and enjoy later! The Key Lime Pie is... More

Honestly, Tripadvisor helped me to find this place. This restaurant was easily the best one that we visited on our five day visit. Our party was four adults with pretty different tastes. We ordered a couple of beers and some fish. Mine was the rare Ahi tuna and it was great. Two of the other members had red snapper which... More

Visited after reading Trip Advisor reviews --- Can't believe ANYONE gave this place a 5. No way. Needs a GOOD cleaning, food all over the menus - and the ketchup, pepper, containers. Husband had the burger , said it was fine, just a burger. I had the fish/chips. Cold slaw OLD --not fresh. Flounder was fresh, fish pretty good. House... More

So we took the family here on Friday. Good size crowd but no wait yet. Decided to eat outside as breeze was good. The sons of the owners took care of us, and the owner was outside by us drinking beer and conversing with people. The crabcakes were very good according to my wife, who loves crabcakes. I got the... My wife and I have been coming to this "unassuming" little restaurant for over seven years. Early on, Beach & Station Street Grill became one of our favorite restaurants in all of South Texas. We love that the quality of the seafood has always remained high and consistent, while the service is friendly and first-rate. Our personal favorite dish is... More

This is a special place with very good food. It's small, and it's not fancy. However, it was worth our wait of about 30-40 minutes. Reservations are accepted, but we were unsure about when we would be there, so we were prepared to wait. The staff was very busy, but polite and attentive. There were a few "regulars" that came... Great seafood! We were put onto this place through Trip Advisor reviews. And it was really good. Be ready for its appearance - it is a hole in the wall that looks like a seedy bar from the outside. But once inside, great seafood. I'm not a wine drinker, but they seem to have a nice wine selection, too. I... More

We ate here on a weeknight. There was about a 5 minute wait. The place is small but the food was very good and the staff super attentive and friendly. We will be back!

Looking for good crab cakes. Read on TA this was the place. Chose to eat inside. Mistake. Hot dining room with flies. What was worse, three families came in with loud, unruly screaming kids. Gobbled my food down and got the hell out. 2 crab cakes, small serving of rice and sautéed squash, dinner salad extra(6$) glass of wine= $40.... More
