Sorry to hear about your bad experience in September. If it helps, please be aware that owner had family emergency in Italy. We have been customers since 2003, and have experienced good food and service.

My pasta dish was very good, with cooked tuna. But the others at my table had the snapper, and it was just average. This is one of the hardest places to get in with reservations, yet I say there are two or three better places in town, so check out Brand X. Oh, and the service was below average, even... More

My second visit. Drove from Corpus to try again. I was not disappointed. Flounder was fresh and cooked perfectly. The grilled romaine salad was a nice surprise. Worth the effort to get there.

I went to this restaurant on my own a bit early, had a corner table and watched it gradually fill on a Tuesday night. I saw mostly older people with refined tastes, ordering their wine and food carefully. The restaurant is old school and reminded me of a fine restaurant in the ’50s. The food was wonderful from start to... More

We finally planned ahead and pre- ordered the Saturdsy night Lasagna. Was it great! We had a side of their fabulous marinara sauce that we soaked up with their terrific bread. We also had the whole leaf Cesar salad which has the best dressing. Service always good and reservations are usually needed. Enjoy!

Excellent dinner. Everything cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and cannot be faulted. Make a booking as its not a large restaurant and booking ahead will ensure an incredible experience.

I spoke to the owner of this restaurant and she made my reservation for Saturday, September 13 th at seven pm. I had a voicemail stating this on my I phone. Got there at 6:45 and was told the owner was in Italy and screwed up my reservation. She left a woman in charge that said she did not care... More

We visited on 4/11/14, Friday night of Sand Fest. We figured that would be the only night we could eat out (we RV) with the maybe 100,000 folks who would be on the beach for the sand sculpting....we were right! Reservations are recommended, we had a party of seven. The building is not impressive, much like many of the local... More
