Roosevelts is the Best in Port A!

We have been coming to Roosevelts since it opened five years ago and we have never been disappointed. The food and service are consistently outstanding! We started of with the Warm Spinach salad which is always great. The ladies ordered the Coconut Shrimp and savored every bite. My friend had the... read more

We dined there last night for the first time... and all we could say is WOW. The greek salad we excellent, non-traditional with big chunks of onion, cucumber etc but more greek garden saladish. The rack of lamb, which both my wife and I love, was incredible. Juicy, tasty, meaty... served with potatoes broiled (excellent) and green beans and asparagus.... More

Had a nice lovely dinner, small, quaint with nice table cloths and with excellent service and food. A little on the high side but nice date night

i came very sceptical to this tiny little restaurant. The food I ordered was just great oysters that without a doubt could be meal by itself and then I had a fish. Both prepared with "heart put into" a meal by a chef. Service was quick and excellent in professional manner. VERY RECOMMENDED

This venue is a cut above, and several more, the restaurants in the Port A area. The menu focuses on fresh seafood and savoury meats, all well-prepared and pleasingly plated. We were eating late because we didn't reserve, so we skipped the appetizers. Two of our party had the New York strip loin, each done perfectly medium rare and so... More

Our favorite place to eat in Port A every year lived up to our previous expectations. We took a couple from Canada to let them experience what we had been raving about and they were thoroughly bowled over. From the stupendous and unique roasted garlic and balsamic glazed bread appetizer, the blue cheese and chipotle wedge salad, entrees to desserts,... More

This place is tiny but absolutely awesome! I had the citrus Grouper which was delicious! However, my husband was not very pleased with the special. The Flounder was stuffed with little crab and too many spices. However, the warm spinach salad was good and the filet-steak. The trio appetizer was also very tasty which included fried shrimp, calamari, and a... More

Arrived at 3:30 to eat as it shows they are open from 5 am to 10 pm. They don't open until 5 pm. Very disappointed. Someone needs to fix what is listed here. We are from out of town so had no way of knowing it might be listed incorrectly and no phone number listed.

My wife and I spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Port A. We managed to get reservations for the Thanksgiving Buffet. First, when we called one week before they were booked full but we were put on a wait list. Katie called us the next day and we were given an 11:30 seating time - Great, we will take it! But... First we were greeted by two hostesses that made us feel very welcome. The menu had many options to choose from seafood, steak, quail to lamb. We chose the Warm Spinach Salad, Ribeye and the Tenderloin and Shrimp Tower. The presentation was beautifully done and the portions were more than enough. The steaks were cooked exactly to our request and... More
