Our first time and we definitely will return. We ordered their pork chop breakfast which was their feature item for breakfast. We were surprised when we saw that the pork chops were fried but they were delicious. Waitress was friendly and sweet!

Took a family trip (with a baby and 3 year old) to the beach in early October and we wanted to find some good seafood. First we had no idea where to go. We ended up walking into Marcel's at first, but then soon realized that's not what we were looking for. It looked very nice but we were on... More

I've eaten breakfast a few times now and have been impressed. The food comes out hot and fresh. The wait staff has always been friendly and professional. You get a pretty large amount of food for the reasonable price.

Fantastically attentive, chipper waitress. Great portions for the price. I had the 1-egg platter which included 3 slices of super-wide (1.25") perfectly crispy-chewy bacon and a mound of hash browns. Hubby had the French toast platter with sausage patty and egg over easy. Coffee refills were prompt. We were both quite pleased. We would/will go back.

Excellent turkey sausage omelet and the hashed browns done just right. My wife had the Belgian waffle with blueberries. The blueberries obviously came from a can but she liked her waffle. It is a fairly small place and there was a wait even on an off season Monday. The service was really slow otherwise I would have given it 5... More

We just had a great lunch here! Quick, efficient and friendly service, and the best fried chicken sandwich I ever ate! Made us feel really at home, in contrast to some of the touristy places in town. Next time I'm trying the chicken fried steak!

We found this place years ago and have always had good service and tasty food. We have eaten breakfast here about a half dozen times and a few other times for lunch or dinner in the past. We try to make it to Port A once or twice a year to veg at the ocean. Avery's is constantly good quality... More

Very good breakfast at this place. I had the veggie omelet and it was very good. Heard this place can get busy and saw it one morning when we passed by so decided to come during the week to avoid the crowds. Came on a Monday morning around 11am and there was no wait at all. Food was great and... More

We have gone to Avery's for breakfast several times as a couple or with family. The food has always been good. Our current favorite is Eggs Rancheros. We have never had their buffet but it looks good. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful despite the overflow of customers, especially on weekends. It is our favorite breakfast place in...
