Great breakfasts

Very tasty breakfast items. Get here early on weekends--it fills fast. Prices aren't cheap, but good value. Expect to wait a little for fresh cooked food--not a place to go if you are in a big hurry.

Great place to eat. We have had breakfast here every time we have visited Port A for the last few year and lunch a few times as well. We have never left without talking about how good the food was. The only downside is they are only there Thursday, Friday and Saturday so we usually have to wait if we... More

Just not what we want for breakfast when we spend money to dine out for breakfast. Not open every day either.

Declicious pancakes in very small cafe. All 4 meals at our table were very good and coffee is okay there. Not open many days of the week so need to go on a weekend.

WOW! Frankie, Joe, and Penny know how to make a pancake! Yes, we were formally introduced, they are so friendly, make you feel like you are the only ones in their 1,000 square foot restaurant. We counted only six tables, so, GO EARLY, otherwise, expect to wait at least 45 minutes. The locals love this place as much as tourists,... More

We ate breakfast at Frankie's. It was marvelous! I had blueberry pancakes and they tasted just like the ones my grandmother used to make with a crispy edge. There were five in our group and everyone truly enjoyed their breakfast. Don't be taken back by the "rough" exterior. I was apprehensive, but the inside is cozy and clean. Food is... More

Nice small place. Relaxing atmosphere. The pancakes are wonderful. Large and fluffy...biscuits and home fries are great too. ** Cash Only ** ATM is nearby at the Stripes on the corner.

We had breakfast at Frankie's two of three mornings visiting Port A. Eggs Benedict were a bit pricey at $14.99 but very good! Pancakes with added fruit in batter were awesome and our new favorite. Go early....we found no lines as mentioned in other reviews. You'll be glad you are at Frankie's!
