Great place to bring the kids. Good burgers and fried shrimp. Surrounding the restaurant is a putt putt course and inside are arcade games to keep your kids out of your hair until lunch is served.

Not your traditional sit-down resturant. You order as you enter the door (they have great specials and if you're lucky you will arrive on prime-rib night).

I just want to share my experience with reservations at this place. We were in town for a small wedding vow renewal. The bride and groom made reservations for 30 and had the confirmation email. First, the groom's brother waited in a short line to find out they "lost" the reservation. He got out of line and searched his email.... More

Once again, we're back in Port A. & could hardly wait to get to Kody's on Wed. for the shrimp! It did not disappoint. Though the fries are great, too, don't waste your tastebuds on them, just go for the shrimp. These are huge gulf-coast shrimp with crispy breading & deep-fried to perfection. I could only eat 12, but that... More

I'm surprised reading some of the reviews but we were so impressed! I had low expectations when walking in but would definitely go back. He had the fried fish with hush puppies. The fish was tender, fresh, pure white and fried perfectly. Same thing with hush puppies, not too oniony and fried perfectly. Great spring mix salad with house made... More

We first had dinner here & went back for lunch the next day. Crab stuffed jalapenos, fried shrimp, tuna tacos & rib eye steak were all good.

Kody's is laid back, beach atmosphere, rustic and very informal...a t-shirt and shorts place...you order at the door, sit and wait for your food....Sizzler style, we had never been so I was not expecting much since it was pretty deserted on the night we went. We went because we were staying across the street at Beachgate (check out review) I... More

The fried shrimp we both ate was very dry with no taste and the portion of thin fries was skimpy for the price.

I'm astonished that this dark, dank, dull and DAMP place gets such high reviews. We went there since we've never been and will never go back. Aside from getting dripped on with god knows what from the musty and missing ceiling tiles, the place smells like mildew mixed with grease. The food was really bland (had the fish basket) and...
