My wife and I are regulars at Fireside Plano. There is simply no better alternative in Dallas for a scrumptious gluten-free pie. We get the Light & Crispy, and it tastes fabulous every time. The salads are legendary - enough for two to share. Our favorite is the chopped, but there are lots of delicious choices. We'll be back soon!

Everything fresh and made in the restaurant. Dough, sauce, sausage (which is incredible), salad dressings, just amazing. Went with my son and we both thought this was one of the best pizzas we had ever had. Will definitely go back next time we are in Dallas!

We had the chopped salad (half portion) and two pizzas: chicken sausage and Pepperoni with basil, mozzarella and truffle oil. The salad was very good. It had so much bacon on it, my husband had to have some and he loved it. Their pizzas are a perfect size. The crust is thin and they have their sauces down to a... More

Or maybe I should say more foodie novel presentation food than standard pizza and salad. Quite good if that suits your mood. Traditional pizza it is not, either in terms of ingredients or taste. Really could say the same thing for the salad.

There are a lot of factors that go into a restaurant and bar experience - the food, the service, the drinks, the ambiance, the prices... In the case of myself and my husband, we pay a lot of attention to things that some might not feel are as important. After loving the salads (they are large, easily shared, and they... More

Ordered the special pie of the day and a salad. The salad was subpar and the pie was just okay, nothing special. We saw a few tables with delicious looking bruschetta and decided to order that as well. It was the highlight of the meal. I'll go back to eat it again. Cocktails weren't very strong. Service was good, waitress... More

Ordered the salad, appetizers of stuffed peppers and two types of pizzas. The salad was average, the appetizer excellent and the pizza, while good, was not exceptional. The ambience was fun though. Good place to meet friends. But nothing to write home about...

Good pizzas, service, and atmosphere. Sat on patio both times we've been there...once in November which was nice with the heaters going, and once in April. Would definitely go back again.

On business in Plano I stepped into this restaurant on chance. What an excellent surprise, great atmosphere, friendly staff and great pizza & wine. Pizza from wood oven just my taste.
