Great gluten-free crust

If you have a gluten-free dietary requirement, Fireside Pies has a fantastic GF crust. Granted, you have to pay for it to the tune of $4 extra, but it's a locally-sourced base that is obviously high-quality and very tasty. I wish the fondue appetizer had been better-described (we thought it would... read more

After reading stellar reviews of this pizza restaurant, we thought we would give it a try. We dined on Sunday at around 12:30 p.m. for lunch and the place was less than half full. Service was very poor. It took forever to order and receive or drinks, took a while longer to order, and never were asked for refills or... More

I had always gone to my regular pizza joint until my Son suggested this...wow, he was dead on! Great food and leftovers were just as tasty. I'm gIad I had the hundreds of shops calling my name, so I could walk off the calories I took in, but very much worth every bite.

Fireside Pies becomes my favorite place to eat. Outstanding, fresh, consistently good food with friendly service. We always start with a salad - never had a bad one here. Texas bib is probably the best. For the pizza we often choose whatever the special of the week is - I like the surprise and I was never disappointed. Because of... More

We showed up with a big group and the team at Fireside Pies worked with us to get everyone seated and served. Well done! The food was good, with interesting pizzas and salads. Good beer and wine selection. We will come back next lacrosse tournament!

have you ever craved a super thin crust that wasn't too floppy? this is your place! sauce was excellent and cheese was just the right amount - unlike most places that glob on way too much cheese, i consider myself a pizza connoisseur, in fact if i could only eat one food the rest of my life it would be... Celebrated a good friend's birthday here and I was skeptical Fireside Pies would live up to the hype. Happily, they proved me wrong! We had 4 adults and 1 child (1 year). They were very accommodating to our friend's child, super helpful and kind. We started by all sharing a Texas Bibb salad - really fresh and well seasoned. Loved... More

Absolutely loved the meatball appetizer. Pepperoni pizza was top notch. IPA beer was the perfect complement to the food. We had a large group business dinner here, and the service was outstanding.
