We went here for lunch during the week. It was full but didn't have to wait for a table for two. The service was good and the schnitzel on pretzel bread was fantastic. They had many beers to choose from but was during work hours so have to take a rain check. Will definitely return.

Best schnitzel I've ever had outside of Germany. Truly authentic food with a great atmosphere (but it isn't a large place and can sometimes get crowded). It's also nestled in a really cute and fun part of Plano. Has a very European feel. Prices very reasonable.

Jorg is a friendly guy and will come over and talk to you for a while, the restaurant is nice and has an interesting decor, but the food (which is why people go to restaurants usually) is unreservedly excellent! Good selection of beers and wines and prompt, friendly waitstaff too. I definitely recommend Jorg's to anyone looking for really good... More

Been here several times, and it has never disappointed . Food is great. Be prepared for tight space, as restaurant is crowded for Plano.

We were kept waiting for 10mins for a table, although the table was free.before we had even removed our coats the pushy Asian waitress wanted to take our drinks order, without us even seeing the drinks card. The beer I ordered from the draft beer menu (hofbraeu hefeweizen) was not available. The kassler which my wife ordered was no longer... More

Five of us came for a birthday celebration. The pretzel appetizer was good. The schnitzel is outstanding, tender and breaded well... best I've had. (Better schnitzel than any place in Fredericksburg). The warm potato salad seemed more authentic than most german restaurants serve. My husband loved the pork chops. Be sure to save room for dessert. Apple strudel was warm... More

Who would have thought...a quaint Austrian restaurant here. Definitely a stop to make. We enjoyed the delicious food and the helpful wait staff. Very nice experience, we would come here again for sure. The food was great.

We visited Jorgs on a Saturday night. The place was full and we were put on a wait list. We sat at the bar where the bartender offered and gave us a sample of dark beer which we decided to have while we waited. Shortly after, Our table was ready and we moved. After being sat at a table, our... More

Well, it turns out I don't care for German/Austrian food. But I can't hold that against Jorge's because every other person in our group was very complimentary of all of the dishes. One of the group is actually from Austria and he assured us that Jorge's is the real deal and an excellent example of that country's cuisine. It is... More

Parking's a challenge in this upbeat, old downtown area. It's a DART stop, tho, for you locals. We tried two German beers-great! I had the chicken jäger schnitzel-velvety sauce with wonderful side of red cabbage. My husband had the smoked pork chops-nicely smoked, fork-tender. Portions are huge, so we took food home, which allowed us to split the bread soufflé... More
