Steve Field's steakhouse is a typical steakhouse, with very good steak and only ok appetizers and sides. The three of us had different types of steak, and all three were very good but a bit the pricy side (betwen $44 and $49). But we were all disappointed with the appetizers which were average; we had the Ceasar salad and the... More

Great, great atmosphere, service, drinks, live piano and food. This is definitely a place for 45's+. The servings are quite large... so you need to be a good eater. Caesar salad is for 3 people... DELICIOUS!!

I went with friends while in Dallas for the Final Four and, other than that the owner is a Kentucky fan, can't say anything bad about it. We unexpectedly added two people to our party from what we had reserved and the restaurant graciously accommodated us. My porterhouse was nicely salted and peppered and very generous. The wine selection was... More

This was not our first visit having had great past experiences with the food and atmosphere. We opted to dine in the bar where the service from our servers was outstanding and the atmosphere was fun. The food, however, was not the star this visit. Started with the lobster bisque. Not sure if it was housemade or not, but tasted... More

My wife and I came here for our anniversary dinner, and it was great. We loved it. The waitstaff was attentive, but not overbearing. They knew it was our anniversary, and the manager brought out a signed happy anniversary card, which as small as it seems, was a really classy touch. My steak was cooked extremely well; I had the... Been going here for years and never had a bad meal. I always tend to get a steak when I go to a nice restaurant and theirs are always great and very dependable on quality/taste/etc. Strongly recommend!

This is one of the best places in Plano in my opinion. Fantastic food and service. I have had both steaks and seafood there and they are equally good. We have eaten here many times. And the piano bar is a lot of fun also.

There are many very good steakhouses in the DFW area. Steve Fields ranks right up there with all the big names - Bob's, Del Frisco, Three Forks, etc. I like Steve Fields a little better because they also add a seafood focus, especially some very good lobster (whole Maine lobster is $25 on Mondays) and the ambience is very nice.... I am no stranger to Steve Field's Steak and Lobster Lounge, but this is the first large party I've hosted there. We had 16 friends and relatives for a holiday meal, which is our customary "gift' to our family. Usually we celebrate at one of the larger steak or seafood restaurants in the Dallas area, but this time we decided... More
