This is a wonderful restaurant. It feels like you're not in Plano, TX, but in Bavaria. The food is wonderful and the different beer choices was tremendous. We had a party of 9 and our waiter took excellent care of us. I would highly recommend this restaurant

We always visit the Bavarian Grill in Plano around the Christmas holidays, it has become a family tradition. From the authentic German cuisine to the excellent music, along with the lovely train that circles the dining room, everyone has a wonderful dining experience. The waiters and waitresses make the evening even more fun. The menu is very German, so perhaps... More

One of our family's favorite! A bit pricey, but we always have a great time, and the food never disappoints

I have been to this restaurant before but it was years ago as it is more than 20 miles from my house. We gathered up a group and made the journey to Plano. I was the only one from my party who had eaten at this restaurant. From the food to the live Polka band everyone keep saying what a... More

We had not been to the Bavarian Grill in years--after a trip earlier this year to the Czech Republic and Berlin, I was really wanting some "pig knuckle" (ham hock) and my spouse some schnitzel. Ok, now I remember why it's been awhile--the sad thing is that this one of the extremely few restaurants serving Germanic food in the area.... More

They make really great German food and brings in lots of people . Go early! At super prime time it gets very busy. This is also not the best decorated place in the world. The FOOD is what you are there for.and it is not to be missed. If you are into super decor etc this is not it. The... More

It's a little spendy, but definitely worth it. The food was awesome and the waiter was friendly and attentive. When we were there they had a woman playing the accordion which was a special treat. However, it was loud and stopped our conversation. That's an experience you can talk about after leaving, though.

Good German food. Had the Jagerschnitzel, red cabbage and spoetzel. Very tasty and plentiful portion. Little bit pricey but good

First time at this restaurant and my family and I enjoyed the experience. The family ordered an assortment of entrees and we shared...each were very good with great seasoning and flavor. The menu is very diverse. The ambiance was very traditional, service was very attentive, and a great selection of German draught beer. I look forward to a return visit.
