Tasty German Food

Came here with some co-workers after work for some drinks and dinner. I never had German food before so navigating the menu was a bit tricky but the food was very good. The food is outstanding as well as the service. Cant say if its 100% authentic but it is made fresh, tastes incredible, and is worth the trip for a good German experience. And if you go when they have live music, even better. Beer selection is also very good but ask your server for suggestions as these are not run... More

Dined as a group of six. Each ordered something different and all were pleased with their dishes!! The summer menu has some excellent choices and includes great marinated veggie salad. Spatzle with wild mushroom ragout with grilled bratwurst was excellent as was the skewers of pork/bratwurst/mushrooms/peppers was delicious. The rest had Schinitzel and various sausages. Live music added to the... More

We visit this place once in every few months for authentic German food and great beer selection. The variety of different dishes is very similar to what you will find in traditional restaurants in Germany, with very good quality and taste. Together with live music it creates that special atmosphere that is so attractive. Prices are reasonable and it is... More

Took a friend here from out of town. Great food and great price, you can afford this. She was happy enough to order some to go food for later. Very nice!

Well worth it. Authentic food in a tucked away restaurant. Don't let the fact that this place is in a shopping center steer you away. The waitresses all dress in traditional dresses. There is a man usually playing the accordion and singing. The beer here is very good. Even if you don't want to eat, at least go for the... More

Locals seem to love this location, very comfortable and family oriented. We went on a Wed nite and the dining room are was packed, had a singer for the dinner hour who played up to the birthdays and special events. Good portions, great rolls and cold beer made for a very relaxing and fun night. Tried a sausage plate as... More

Service was good if a tad slow. Food was fabulous! We has roast duck, it was to drool for. The swartz beer my husband got was deep and rich even better then the beer we would get in England. All the sides were wonderful.

The restaurant is in an out of the way large shopping center dating back to the 50's. What is interesting is that a lot of the stores have been converted into restaurants - all of them quite interesting. The Bavarian Grill is no exception. You enter the restaurant past a formerly open courtyard which is a bit confusing. Have no... More
