The deviled eggs were very good. The homemade hummus with chickpeas and roasted garlic was memorable. The 3 little pigs was pulled pork sliders that were tender and tasty. Desert is a must which is the whiskey cake of toffee torte, spiced pecans, whipped cream and bourbon anglaise. It is simply devine and must be ordered!!

This place is wonderful. We started with the Fried Green tomatoes and duck wings. OMG, so good. I have never had duck wings before and these were out of this world good. The Tri Tip was amazing with the Brussel sprouts. Just an all around great meal. You must have the whiskey cake. It's incredibly rich and delicious. Share it... More

This is a darn good medium priced restaurant right here in Plano. Some staples and innovative food choices. This is clearly not your run of the mill suburban restaurant. And if you are looking for innovative and interesting cocktails, this is definitely the spot. My favorites: New Orleans inspired sazaraec or a Vieux Carre. Finish off your meal with the... More

One of my favorites! My family and I frequent Whiskey Cake. Great menu, wonderful service and lively atmosphere. I love their seasonally changing menu, full of farm to table items. A definite MUST!!

It has a fairly good menu with a lot of choices. Best of all is the atmosphere and the laid back feel of the restaurant/bar with the outdoor section being very inviting,

Large group ranging in age from new born to 55 all found things to like. Lots of big groups and coming with a reservation helps save the wait. Clever, clean, crisp interior and lots of repurposed and recycled materials. All the coffee cups are likely from a garage sale collection for example. Ceilings have egg cartons to dampen sound. The service by the waiters and bar attendants is excellent and the ambient is clean and welcoming. However, the food offerings at this medium priced joint are standard, plain boring: very large portions of uninspired fare.

Went here for brunch with some friends. We were seated quickly and our waitress very friendly. The cheddar and jalapeno biscuits were tasty. I didn't care too much for the gravy that came with them, but my friends enjoyed it. I ordered the pork, egg & grits and a bubbles and berries drink. Both were excellent. The food tasted fresh...
