Great place with amazing food

First time to experience Coal Vines. Went for lunch & had the bruschetta appetizer, split a salad & devoured the thin crust pizza ( sausage & roasted pepper ) . The ingredients were fresh , light, & bursting with flavor. Upon my return to Dallas , I will definitely return. Staff was friendly... read more

My friends and I went to Coal Vines for lunch. We sat at a booth - though have to mention the booth is quite low (not good for short people). We shared the brushetta which was yummy. The pizza tasted great - though we ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came with only half the pizza with pepperoni on it.... More

A short walk from the Stoneleigh where we were staying. We stumbled across this restaurant but glad we did. The restaurant was relaxed with good food and great service. The pizza in particularly stood out. We initially opted in for a sausage and red pepper pizza as a starter to share amongst the group and almost cancelled our entree. Service... More

The food is great and they have a large selection of wine. Took a client for lunch there and was surprised I'd never eaten there since it's in my backdoor.

First of all, when one has a PhD in Chemistry and is the bartender watch out!!!! What a fun and enduring spot. Went alone on a Saturday night. The place was buzzing with friends, couples, and people having a great time. I was alone and didn't want to take up a seating on the floor so took a seat at... More

Roaming around the shops at Legacy, we discovered this place on Valentine's day. I love the ambiance of the place...especially the outdoor seating (on the sidewalk). They have a good wine collection and some great food. I loved the pizza. The Tiramisu is out of the world! The service is amazing! I would highly recommend it for special occasions.

Good pizza, very good selection of inexpensive vines. Place is practically always packed and for a good reason. Outside seating is quite nice too.

Good Pizza and nice service, got in and out prior to our movie next door...prices are a little above average, but the flavor and quality are worth it

Coal Vines is a small restaurant which is designed to feel like an upscale, casual restaurant in the neighborhood. The tortilla soup, unexpected in an Italian eatery was delicious. The pizza was huge with flavor to match. The chicken Marsala was perfect. One person at our table couldn't stop raving about the meatball sliders. He said the cheese in the... More

My wife and I tried this place with another couple. We were disappointed with the service. We felt rushed by the waiter to turn the table. We ordered drinks, our friends ordered wine and were not impressed. We ordered appetizers that did not arrive at all. Our waiter apologized but made no other offer to make things right. Our friends... More
