A Fun Night of Dancing

We don't get out often as we are in the midst of parenting, but we slipped away for a night of dancing. I have not been to a Sambucas in a decade plus. I was not familiar with the band, but knew every song they played. The music was quite diverse and that's just my speed. I sung along with... read more

Energetic environment, the most trendy songs heard out loud but stil able to have good conversations. Live band is very good and they change it every week, good oldies selection.

Went on Thursday Night since my favorite band was playing (LIVE). Good to make a reservation (I did). You can valet or self park, but get ready to walk down stairs from the parking garage in heels if you self park. We were seated quickly after showing / having scanned our ID. Prompt service, food and drinks good. Chicken tostadas... More

The establishment insisted on swiping our identification and signing a piece of paper to "become a member" before we entered and ordered something to eat. I told the hostess that she may view my identification, but did not want it swiped (companies such as 360 sell this information and profit from it) as I had already been the victim of... More

Hubby and i with friends: went for the online advertised brunch and $2 Mimosas! Almost empty, server was very friendly yet professional.didn't intrude much. Gluten free options were only a few and not really worth mentioning. Menu stated $3 Mimosas...we inquired why the difference? Manager came by, said it was a price change a while ago (summer) but honored the... More

Great food, pretty good band, club logistics very poor.. We paid $100 a piece for our party of six and we had to wait outside in the freezing cold for over an hour because they had over booked.

So I really used to like this place. I am young 20's male, so going here frequently is already kind of out of my scene. I typically go to Uptown/Cedar Springs... True Dallas clubs. I live by the Shops of Legacy though and love it there. Very comfortable, chic, ambient, and suburban. This place gets crazy on the weekends, with... More

I had been in town for business multiple times staying at the Marriott in Plano and walked by this restaurant. They always had live music and it looked inviting. I finally stopped in. Had to give them my ID and "become a member", but it was no big deal. I was seated quickly and our server was super. She took... More

I had the opportunity to provide audio and lighting production services for a local band at Sambuca 360. Stage is behind bar. Speakers, including subwoofers are rigged in a home stereo like configuration several feet above people heads. The stage and audio/lighting in this place appear to be an afterthought. "Hey, how we can make money after 9 pm? I... More
