But I gave it a third chance. I was bumped out of my first choice, so grudgingly opted for Denny's. I chose the salmon and it was served perfectly cooked. The veggies were perfect and it was a remarkably good meal. So it is possible for a restaurant to improve its reputation. But they do that by having a skilled... More

Pecos is a booming oil town--so everything is dusty, busy, and not a place for travelers to stop for a bite. This Denny's was understaffed but it wasn't busy--food was only passable. Hubby got chicken fried steak and it was overcooked. I order the luscious-looking cheddar mashed potatoes (picture on menu was fabulous) and what I got was 2 ice... More

The service here was good. I ate here 2 times while staying in Pecos. The food was standard for a Denny's. It is one of the few places in town that you can get a salad with something other than just iceberg lettuce!

Myself and two kids came in Saturday August 1st for lunch. My kids got their kids menus and went to do the activities and one of them had already been colored on. I ordered the bacon avocado cheeseburger with mayo no lettuce, no onion. 30 minutes later our food comes and there's no bacon on my burger so I tell... More

We had hungry kids and needed a place to stop. Wish we had kept going. This Denny's is located inside the gas station. Our server was extremely flustered and kept messing up simple things like filling cups with sweet tea instead of unsweet and not bringing dressing with the salad, et cetera. The food was by far the worst I... More

Denny's was one of the few choices on Saturday night at 10pm. The service and the food were equal...equally terrible! Had to wait for the better part of an hour for our food. Meanwhile diners who arrived after our group got their food first and many were gone by the time our food arrived!
