This location has gone down, it’s dark and dirty. Employees are not happy people. Can’t ask for anything they get upset. Long lines due to bad attitudes, guest turned and walked out. Maybe the drive thru is better.

Constantly out of a certain item that's on the menu. When I got my drink it had no lid or straw. $11.00 for a combo?? Pretty sure they over priced it. Not happy!! Probably won't be going back to DQ.
During our road trips if we don't stop in Sonora we stop here. Good drive thru service. You know the drill. Burgers are pretty good, chicken sandwiches are good and the ice cream treats are good. The service can be a little slow sometimes.
Typical DQ just off the freeway with ample parking. Same old food, same old ice cream. About what we expected. Interesting enough, I ordered a 4 pc Chicken finger. Our server, Kendra, tried to give me a steak finger instead. After I corrected her I...got a 6 pc Chicken finger even though there was nothing like that on the menu. Okay, free chicken is always good. The Blizzard and Shake were outstanding as always. Nice place for a quick bite and they have outdoor seating.More
I had a chili cheese hot dog which was served lukewarm and with very little chili. I thought it was overpriced and pretty awful. Look elsewhere if you have a choice. At least it was open and I was hungry!
Very dirty, no napkins, burgers were rewarded in the microwave, floor sticky, no a clean place to stop
Why not? The other more popular big restaurants in town had difficult parking for our van. Dairy Queen had a huge parking lot where it was easy to navigate. Our dinners were tasty, and we were able to drive farther not lingering over dinner this...time.More
One star is generous for this establishment. Rude wait staff, slow service, incorrect order received and then cold and unappetizing.
I drive, so I require my cone in a plastic cup,, this location meets all expectations. This is now my stop on my long road to El Paso, management in other locations can learn from this location. They meet all unusual request upon comment. GREAT...STAFFMore
There was no waiting line when we ordered one Oreo blizzard and a brownie oreo cup and we waited for half an hour to get them. The girls working there were just talking about personal life and stocking cups slowly instead of helping each other...with the orders. The restrooms dirty as can be, trashcan overflowing and paper all over the floor. Very poor service NOT recommended.More
Good average food and very friendly staff. Quick service, hot food, decent prices, and an easy parking lot. Convenient location to I-10.
We stopped for gas and a cone, and walked down Avenue C just to stretch our legs. What a great surprise! This small neighborhood is beautifully shaded by century-old pecan trees, and has several blocks of nicely maintained and unique houses that were built by...the ranchers when they got rich quick when natural gas was discovered/extracted in the mid 1900s [?]. We struck up a conversation with a lovely woman who was out sunning with her husband, and she gave us a tour of her house and told us the interesting history. Worth 10 minutes; NOT what you'd expect in this otherwise godforsaken corner of Texas.More
We only ate here once, late in the evening (it is the only restaurant open late in town we were told). The food was good for drive through type food, the service was good and our order was correct.
Stop there for a quick bite after checking into the hotel. Not really different than most Dairy Queen's but the service was great food was ready before I put my change away and was hot. We weren't real hungry so we shared a four piece...chicken basket and it was great. We have stopped there a few times before on our way back from Big Bend National Park just for a pit stop and and ice cream cone. For me you can't do any better than a Dairy Queen chocolate dipped cone. Fairly easy access to freeway friendly staff and clean restaurant.More
By far the worst Dairy Queen we have ever been took. Due to use arriving in town so late this was one of the few options open. From walking in to getting our food 30 minutes. And it was not even close to being luke...warm. The only person that seemed to we working hard was the lady making the ice creams. Everyone else seemed like they were moving in slow motion. If ever in this area avoid this place!!!!!More
