Since we live here, we have the pleasure of getting to dine at the Huisache frequently. We can highly recommend everything on the menu! There are simply no misses, everything is amazing! The atmosphere and service is great, and the little shops outside have just what I usually need for a gift.

Very good lunch. Loved the fried Brie cheese and raspberry sauce which I have not seen before. Prices fair, parking is rough and restaurant atmosphere was nice. The only reason I did not give it a 5 were some minor staff issues.

It is a family run business, the food is always fresh and tasty and the wine selection is good. For the money, it is my favorite place to eat in New Braunfels. The service has been up and down depending on time of year but, it is generally good.

As a resident of New Braunfels, this is one of my favorite, if not very favorite, places to eat. The atmosphere and food are great. If you want local flavor, this is it. They have a good wine list and I often take out-of-towners here on business to this place. When they return, they usually ask about going back here... More

We really like to go to this restaurant and have some favorite things on their menu. Their Chicken Tortilla Soup is a must - topped with an avocado slice. Their hard rolls are warm and delicious and any way they prepare salmon is great. Their Asian Salmon Salad plate is great, as is their blackened salmon. We've never had any... More

When we travel, I am always in search of where the locals eat...not who PAYS to be in this magazine or that website, so we are starting to rely on Trip Advisor ALL THE TIME! That being said, this is where I would say locals eat in New Braunfels. Great atmosphere and food. Service is good most of the time.... More
