There are two different locations. We are dinner at one and the waitress told us of the meat market. We went there and were amazed at the place. Ended up buy $50+ worth of meat to take home and cook. They butcher their own cattel on Tuesday and you can tell they know what they are doing. Fantantatic place(s)

Like to go by on my way home from work and pick up whatever I need for a weekend of visitors from Houston (or wherever). Makes my life so much less complicated and the food is great.

With a lot of option for BBQ in NB, this is my go to place for consistently good food. My wife loves the turkey and I like everything I have tried. Their beef jerky is the best beef jerky I have ever eaten. I would travel from anywhere to eat the beef jerky. I love Granzin;s jerky.

Found this by accident. The brisket sandwich was delicious and the homemade peach cobbler was also wonderful. Glad we stumbled on this place!

You are hooked when you walk thru the doors. The smells make your mouth water immediatley. Bring an appetite, cuz if you walk out hungry, you have no one to blame but yourself.

I love the lean and tender meat on their brisket sandwich. It is on a fresh bun made especially for them by Naeglin's Bakery. The potato salad is great and a creamy mashed potato style...I just wish it was served colder. I think they are constantly making it to keep up with demand, so that may be why. Good food... More

Every week (at least once a week) I am there. Tuesday special is brisket sandwich. Also love the turkey & cheese tacos.

Probably the most highly-recommended place to eat BBQ (as referred by locals) in New Braunfels. You will not be disappointed - everything is fantastic.
