We tried the Gereman egg rolls, which were good. The spicy mustard totally overpowered them, though. We wanted to try some German dishes, but they all seemed to contain tons of cheese. My friend and I split a burger, which was delicious. The pork schnitzel served to another diner may have been authentic, but didn't agree with her later in... More

On our 7th year wedding anniversary we found this restaurant to be nice. Food was delicious. Though there was a bit of a wait, we were o.k. with that, they had a very large group precede us. An appetizer was giving for understanding. Things were just pleasant.

I used to love stopping here and getting a little German music, great German food, and listening to German being spoken. Now there is pop music played and no cucumber salad. Lunch might be ok but would skip the evening meal.

Was here years ago to try it and it was expensive then and now for what you get. The décor is really dated and needs a fresh coat of paint. Does not seem the owners spend any money on the upkeep. The food was just okay nothing to outstanding. One nice thing is that you can purchase meat and bakery... More

The schnitzel is absolutely a must to try! The wait staff was super sweet and we had a great time talking with our waitress, however the building is dated, as noted by the slanted bathroom floors and lowered unevened ceiling, but it goes well with the old german theme so not a huge turnaway. At the front of the restraunt... More

Atmosphere left a bit to be desired but the food was good. The German food (which is most of the menu) was great.

Maybe it was just me. I bought the grilled reuben (pastrami, cheese, kraut). The pastrami was dry and I wasn't a fan of the rye & pumpernickel bread (first time trying... it's an acquired taste for sure). Plus, the meat-to-bread ratio was just way off. There was enough meat in there to make two full sandwiches. The potato pancake was... More

Not much on atmosphere but service was great! Our waitress was bet attentive. Iced tea was in a large glass and always kept full. We ordered the sausage sampler with sauerkraut and German potato salad- which was sweeter that we are used to. The potato pancakes were AMAZING!!! We will be visiting again before our trip is over!

Everything was amazing and worth it! Our server, Brittany, was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied the entire time. My husband had the grilled sausage sampler with fried potatoes, which he let me try and it was delicious! Next time I'll be ordering that dish! I love the old fashion look and the gift shop inside. Oma would... More

We had 3 people in our party and we all got a different item and none of us were disappointed. I LOVED the German Potato Salad and even shared a bite or two with the hubby and son. (They agreed with me and now I have to find a recipe!) I love Ruben sandwiches and I've actually found it hard... More
