Not many places have chicken and waffles . When they do it is soggy . But it is always crispy and amazing here ! Great coffee and mimosas . Felt like I was in New Orleans with Cajun music and beautiful decor. Great old building. My favorite Sunday spot !

We visit McAdoos quite often but the last few times we have been very disappointed. Last night, we recieved BURNED not grilled oysters. We complained but nothing happened. Then I received a dinner that I did not order. I was told that was what I ordered and I told the waiter it was not. I order the same thing every... More

We ate an early supper on a Tuesday and sat on the patio. It was not crowded, and we had no issues with noise. We had Cajun pasta, pound of crawfish and shrimp and cheese grits. The shrimp and cheese grits were excellent. The crawfish had good flavor and came with corn and potatoes. The bread is very good, and... More

Housed in the old post office the decor is fabulous. The seafood is great with a cajun twist. My favorite is the Mahi Boudreaux. Check out the patio area for dining and there is entertainment sometimes. The bar is very lively and also has seating for full dining options. The happy hour appetizers are also great. Living in New Braunfels... More

Although the food is excellent and the service good, the food is overpriced. It is also very difficult for my 99 year old mother to get up the steps at the front entrance and it is too far to the accessible entrance from the parking lots.

The only thing negative I can say about this restaurant is that it is loud. It's pretty impossible to have an intimate conversation here. However, the food is fabulous! I've had several of their dishes and everything I have ever had was very tasty. I had Mahi and phenomenal sauce with crabmeat and shrimp. I could eat this every day.... More

The building is beautiful. The food is good but expensive. The service was good but not great. The best thing by far is the building that is a completely renovated post office, it is clean and really we'll done. Enjoyed the experience but did not love it.

This restaurant is VERY busy on Saturday night...but worth the wait. Enjoyed a drink and the pianist. Service was very good. I had Chiliean Sea Bass.

We went there for lunch and had the appetizer sampler and a couple of drinks. The building is the old New Braunfels post office - really unique historic building. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Would definitely go again!
